Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

We had the best experience! Carole was extremely responsive and proactive throughout our stay. She even met us at the apartment early and allowed an early check in, she sent us recommendations throughout Paris, she consistently checked in to make sure everything was going great and she was just an extremely friendly person overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and in the best location to walk to all the major attractions and near so many shops and restaurants! We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Appartement extrêmement lumineux avec des baies vitrées donnant sur le ciel et Paris au pied du métro. Coucher et lever de soleil splendide ! Philippe est très réactif et avec un sens de l’humour très agréable. Juste, les placards sont pleins et les tableaux aux murs de Dracula, Frankenstein, monstre du Lockness sont particuliers … histoire de goût bien sûr.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end détente entre filles ! Le logement est accueillant, chaleureux et très propre, la réalité est encore mieux que les photos ! Les équipements proposés sont très complet. Le coin terrasse est très relaxant avec sa vue sur la nature, parfait pour un séjour calme et paisible. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, à l’écoute et réactif. Ne pas hésité, je le recommande à 100% ! À refaire ! 😊👍🏼

Nous avons loué la maison de Marianne pour fêter Nouvel An à trois familles d'amis, avec 6 enfants. La maison était absolument parfaite pour cela : une très spacieuse pièce à vivre salon salle à manger et cuisine où l'on était tous ensemble, avec de confortables canapés et une cheminée. De grandes chambres pour les parents, chacune avec une belle salle de bain, une grande chambre sous les toits pour tous les enfants ... Le tout décoré pour les Fêtes, de guirlandes éclairées dedans et dehors, sur les balcons, de couronnes de houx, et d'un grand sapin dans le salon. Le tout ultra propre. La maison est aussi très bien achalandée en vaisselles et ustensiles de tout type, avec même un fonds de cuisine complet (ce qui est rare) et 2 lave vaisselle, pratique à 12 ;-). Bref, une maison impeccable et totalement confortable pour 12 personnes, et l'accueil simple, efficace et chaleureux de Marianne de l'arrivée au départ. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison de Camille et Blanche est top, fonctionnelle et très bien située. Je recommande chaudement ce logement.

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Stéphanie. La maison est charmante, calme, moderne et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située pour rayonner dans cette belle région. Le sauna, le jaccuzi et la salle de cinéma sont un vrai plaisir après une bonne journée de visite ! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Stéphanie mais elle a toujours été très réactive. Merci !

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Excellent logement grands espaces, résidence privée sécurisé. Refait a neuf, tout équipé, Tv projecteur console tout le streaming disponible. Et en saison, la piscine. Que demandé de plus pour ce prix

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Première expérience à Montrouge est la ville est totalement charmante et paisible ! Il y fait bon vivre. Le logement proposé est nickel et très bien situé à proximité du métro pour nos petites escapades à Paris. On s’y sent comme chez soi et l’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant ! Nous reviendrons sûrement pour nos prochains voyages sur la région Parisienne 😁
