Our stay was perfect. Carole is a very responsive, accommodating and pleasant host. She did everything she could to make sure our stay went smoothly. I have never been in contact with such a benevolent host, a big thank you again to her! I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Louisette is an exceptional host. Chocolates were waiting for us upon arrival. During the stay she made sure everything was fine despite the heavy storms. She takes her role very seriously. The accommodation located in the heart of the village is a plus. Easy to park in the large parking lots in the village. Free parking with the pass provided. Ideal for the start of many hikes. We highly recommend Louisette and her place.

Hello, Mont St Clair where we came in our childhood in the COTTAGE of our great-aunt **Villa Albertine** .. Germain's has the luxury of now, but it keeps its character. It is exactly as described in the brochure (clean and spacious). The view is superb, the calm is present... Its location is easy to access and a bus line 100 meters away takes us to the center of Sète in 10 minutes. We thank Nadia for hosting us and we plan to return. Laurette, Danielle, Marc, and Philippe.

Perfect stay! Christine is a particularly welcoming, kind and smiling person. The house matches the photos and description. When we arrived everything was very clean and there were small gifts for an aperitif, happiness! The house is very well-equipped, you really don't need to think about anything, there is everything you might need. We came in early March and during this period the environment was super quiet. The beach is a 5-minute drive away and offers beautiful sunsets as well as long walks on the sand. We also slept very well. The bathrooms are beautiful, modern and very functional as is the kitchen. The garden is fully fenced which is very convenient if you are coming with dogs or children, it is totally secure. Anyway, our dog felt very good here. I thank Christine for accepting dogs! We'll be back, sure!

Very good stay with Charles who gave instructions as rich as it was clear. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped and as described, nothing to complain about, it was superb!

We had a lovely two weeks at Nicole's apartment. Very functional, nicely decorated. There was everything you needed in the apartment. Easy to access, located just 5 minutes from Place de la Comédie. Nicole is very responsive. We highly recommend this listing!

High-quality accommodation, practical and original in the permanent light it offers with these 280°, sublime at sunrise. Everything is specified or discreetly labeled, we are intentionally expected. The decor is understated and takes us on a journey. Everything is extremely comfortable. The welcome from his neighbor is warm and very proactive. The building is very quiet, convenient parking. We've wanted it for a long time and we'll be back.

Well located accommodation in the old town, although access can scare some. The rental is very well equipped and pleasant thanks to the air conditioning. The decor may seem old for some, charming for others; nevertheless, the cleanliness is there!

Andy is really a quality host, kind, smiling, responsive, adorable. The apartment is great thanks to its spa bath which is great and an additional point that is not negligible for smokers: a terrace to smoke outside quietly. I really advise you to rent this charming little apartment in a very good location to have access to all the amenities tram, bus station, restaurant, activity, zoo 15 minutes by bolt, in short it's great. Fabien was extremely nice, attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. The house has spectacular views not only over the sea but also the harbour, which makes it very enjoyable at night. The location is extremely quiet, because there is no thru-traffic. It's high up in the famed Mount St. Claire but the town and market is still in walking distance. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms. The house was recently renovated with high-quality furniture. The best part is the pool with state-of-the-art technology. Our 8-year old daughter had the best time. Everything was exactly like on the photos. We will go again.

Very nice, pleasant, pretty house... We were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. Very flowery garden. With the chickens we had fresh eggs, a treat. Thank you, thank you for this pleasant house with pool and thank you for your welcome wine which was unanimously appreciated. The house is fantastic. The space easily accommodates three couples. The pool area is great for relaxation and the kitchen interior decor is awesome. I would highly recommend staying at this location in the future.

Very accessible host, it's nice to have someone friendly, understanding and knowledgeable with questions about the accommodation. The place is very peaceful, very quiet, perfect to meet during family parties (the living space is very warm and the kitchen is very functional). In summer, it must be amazing to be able to enjoy the swimming pool and large, well-appointed outdoor space. The place is fully enclosed with gates, you can let a dog walk without worries. I highly recommend it, and would definitely go back when I come back to this area

We had a great time at Villa Moka. Franck is a pleasant and proactive host. The house is well equipped in terms of the kitchen and children's area. Too bad for us that it rained a lot over the weekend and we couldn't enjoy the outdoors, but the children didn't get bored given the indoor facilities. The spaces are well suited to accommodate the number of people expected. We'll be happy to go back!

This villa is ideally suited to a family holiday. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped and has a lovely pool which is a good size. There is a sunny patio. Alexia the host was excellent at communication and kept in touch with us throughout without being intrusive. The villa was very peaceful and spacious. The area around is lovely. The village is a 10 minute walk away along very quiet streets and has a small supermarket as well as numerous independent shops including an excellent boulangerie as well as a number of food shops.. We coincided (August) with a series of festivals in the village – a weekly festival of food and wine in the town centre and an annual festival including bull running. There is a huge hypermarket about 5 minutes’ drive away,. There is a tram which we used to get into Montpellier which worked well. The tram is just under a mile from the villa and the walk is through the village centre which is very picturesque. We very highly recommend this villa.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.
