Great place very well located just across the sea! Philippe is very accommodating and very responsive! Highly recommend the place!

Stay without problem. clear communication. the accommodation has 3 spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. it is very well located, very close to beaches and shops. There were 5 of us in the house. The living room is not fair for the number of beds offered in winter. In summer the terrace pallies to this lack. Only small problem, there is a big opposite with the surrounding buildings.

Very well-equipped apartment. The view of the Gulf of Lion and the Etang de l'Or is stunning.

Very nice little apartment ideally located, in a secure and very well maintained residence! Melanie is very responsive and organized, and everything is done to accommodate guests' needs. On site, everything one may need for a stay is present, and the accommodation is in pristine condition!

I could not possibly say enough adjectives or superlatives about Julien's place that would describe how happy we were with the accommodations! My husband & I were there for 3 weeks in Sep-Oct. 2024. We have traveled to France often & nothing comes close to how great our stay was in Montpellier at Julien's. He was SO RESPONSIVE and very helpful. Our train was delayed 4 hrs on ck-in day & his local host was so kind & understanding, considering it was LATE at night! He left great instructions that our keys would be at a local wine bar just 50yds away & retrieving them was a breeze, no problem! The Apt. is HUGE (especially for France!) and so BEAUTIFULLY decorated! As an interior designer, I can say the "finishes" in this apt. are outstanding, first class! The shower is HUGE, the lighting throughout is gorgeous & the closet space is ABUNDANT! Ladies you can take lots of clothes!! The kitchen has everything you need. La Comedie Plaza (pedestrian only) is steps away & many restaurants!

the place is just great! 5 min from the station and easy to access. there is a beautiful outdoor space and there is all the necessary equipment!

Sadia was very welcoming and understanding despite my late arrival due to train problems. Impeccable accommodation, 2 steps from Saint Roch train station but quiet when you open the window to the courtyard of the apartment. Thanks for our stay!

Impeccable studio, very clean, well-equipped. Lovely nice terrace. Possibility to park a car in a private residence right next door. I needed to reach Mehdi once: kind, quick response.

I spent 3 wonderful weeks with Fabienne and her husband who are charming and caring. The apartment is on the heights of Balaruc, quiet. What a pleasure it was for me to go down every morning to the spa on foot (15/20 min) along the pond and to go back up after the treatment with the bus that drops us off practically next to the accommodation. From the accommodation, everything can be done with or without a car: the mall, visiting Sète etc. The apartment is very good, very functional, a nice terrace overlooking the pond. In summary, I am fully satisfied and will undoubtedly return to Fabienne's for a future treatment in Balaruc. Marie-Christine

a perfect stay in this place where there is nothing missing and where you feel in a bubble, it was magical! everything is perfect, bedding, sauna, hot tub.. everything is easy with self check-in . in short it was perfect I recommend 1000%.
