Condo vacation rentals in Centre Historique, Montpellier

We came to La Grande Motte for training. Settling in or walking around after class was nice but we hope to enjoy it more when we return in April. I hope the days will be less rainy. Nevertheless, resting in a quiet environment after classes was just as pleasant. Thank you Kevin for your patience. See you soon.

Apartment matches the photos. Well located (next to the beach) Downtown is an 8-minute drive. Easy parking right next to the accommodation. Excellent communication from Martine who does her best to make sure everything goes smoothly. I recommend this property, very good value for money.

2nd stay in this apartment, and still as pleasant, functional, pleasant to live in, comfortable, and especially the view!!! 🤩 I highly recommend this apartment, I will be happy to come back! 😊

Very happy stay.

Good value for money. Beautiful view with a beautiful sunrise over the sea in the morning. Direct bus access in 15’ to Montpellier Sud de France train station. I still recommend renting a car to be more comfortable to be able to visit Montpellier and other beaches such as La Grande Motte. Elise is very friendly and accommodating.

Great place close to the beach, restaurants at the end of the street, quiet with private and secure parking. Friendly host, super responsive and attentive. Clean and pleasant accommodation, very nice terrace out of sight. Nothing to complain about, I recommend it.

I spent the weekend with my wife in Cécile's apartment to rest and enjoy a peaceful environment. Our arrival went very well. The instructions were clear and the autonomy to enter the apartment was very much appreciated. What really makes this apartment an asset is its stunning view of Carnon Beach. Our stay was short but very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

Sarah and Louis are very responsive, welcoming and flexible. The accommodation is superbly placed in front of the green of the 18th, in absolute calm and with an adorable sun terrace. The apartment is very functional and very well equipped. Great plus: private and gated parking! There were 4 of us and we'll be back!

We stayed one night there at the end of April, the accommodation is representative of the listing, functional and well-equipped apartment. Gilbert was available for check-in and checkout. Obviously it must be even nicer in summer when the pool is open. A very small downside concerning the mattress of the sofa bed which is starting to be a little worn, but we only stayed one night so it was fine. In summary, the accommodation is as advertised and the host Gilbert was perfect. Stéphane

We had a great weekend at this place. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to have a good time, it feels like home. The residence is well located, access to the beach is very easy for the pedestrian path. We recommend 100%

We stayed at Carin's place for a week with our two children. This is very clean and beautiful, and you can find everything you need in the apartment . The apartment has views of the pool and is 50 meters from the beach. Great location and very quiet. I can only recommend it and we would love to come back. The city and surroundings are very nice and the children loved it.

Very nice apartment with lovely harbor views, great bedding and perfect appliances, everything is there. Close to everything , beaches, shops and activities, allowing a very good stay with the family. We'll definitely be back.
