This place was perfect for our vacation. We visited California, to participate in the LA marathon and to visit Disneyland. It was perfectly located outside all the crazy traffic and City. Quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious, love that we had access to the entire house including laundry room. Always a plus with little ones. It was a short 25 min drive to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend to book this!!!

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Chaz is extremely nice! His place was everything we expected. Not only did he allow us to rent his property but connected us with vendors for (tents, tables, chairs, valet parking, etc.). We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We were in Pomona for a Quinceanera and needed to find a place to accommodate everyone in my immediate family. When I found the place and looked at the pictures I instantly booked. The overall stay was better than we expected. The check-in and instructions were easy. Everything was as described and in the pictures. The house was clean and nicely set up and felt like a home. The host was reachable and even FaceTimed when we had an issue with the spa and got it working. His quick and immediate response made the stay even much more accommodating and better. One person in the party fell in love with the massage chair. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard! The location was perfect for the plans we had. I would definitely come back and will also recommend it to others.
