Welcome to our charming studio, cradled in the unique community of Atwater Village. The interior is modern with flowing natural light. There is a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed to give comfort to 4 people. There is a kitchenette equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster but no stove. There is a Heat/Cool Window Air Conditioner. The studio is on top of a garage, expect to feel the garage door opening in the morning and evening. There is stairs leading to the studio.

While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! Welcome to the urban heart of LA! Suite Clara (upstairs) is located close to Hollywood, USC, Downtown, museums (Natural History, Science Center, MOCA, LACMA), and Culver City. We are also close to major transportation lines including the Metro Expo Line, and 25 minutes from LAX. Our guest house location is ideal for the business traveler, couples and families. It provides the ideal jumping-off point to explore all areas of the city, and a comfortable place to come home to each night.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
