Friedrichshain, 10min., Treptow, 15min. & Kreuzberg, 20min. sind fussläufig. Neben der großen Wohnküche befindet sich das anschließende Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur ruhige Terrasse (40qm). Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.
