Kerstin is a super nice person and very hospitable. The apartment is in a great location, right in the old town, near the Fischnarkt / Rathaus tram stop and is very lovingly decorated. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors all within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would book again on a next visit to Erfurt. A beautiful apartment in a perfect location with all the comfort of a home! I couldn't speak highly enough of this place, 4 of us stayed 2 adults and 2 kids and I was so spacious and such value for money!! we had a few issues of our own and Illya and his crew were so quick to respond and help every time to make our stay even more welcoming and worthwhile, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who was visiting. Liked Magdalena's apartment a lot. It's hotel room style, but with a fully equipped kitchen, nice lights, very central, very close to the train station, very large windows with a nice view (but nobody can look inside). Communication and check-in was easy as well, and it was very clean. Would come back any time.

I had a nice stay at this apartment in Berlin. The place itself was cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood with good food options nearby and a grocery store just down the street. It’s not very close to the main tourist areas, but public transportation is easily accessible and made getting around simple. The host thoughtfully provided essentials like extra towels and even an umbrella, which was very appreciated. The only downsides were that the bed had a strange smell and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and a good option if you’re looking for a quieter area with easy access to the city.

Staying with Igor, or in his apartment, is highly recommended. The pictures promised what you could see on site. The location is great, the area quiet and the apartment itself well furnished, especially clean. Communication was always straightforward, Igor is friendly and strives to ensure that you can enjoy a quiet stay. Glad to come back!

Nice and atmospheric apartment with soundproof windows in a convenient location. Well-equipped. The only thing missing is an oven that can't replace a microwave with a grill.

The house is much bigger than appears On the pictures and so beautiful! The interior, furniture and surroundings are just perfect and make for a peaceful get away! We came for a family Christmas and I have to say that I was delighted to find the kitchen fully ready to prepare a feast and with every type of utensil and serving tableware that I could ask for! The family are immediately responsive which made us feel secure in our booking! We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and found the bedrooms and beds perfect with enough privacy per person! Thanks for helping us make Wonderful Christmas memories in your beautiful house! 🥰🎄💫

The location at the Elbe gate is extremely quiet… no car traffic and otherwise everything we needed to cook and eat and pass the time was available. We really liked the atmosphere in the cottage. We will certainly come back to Tangermünde for another visit.

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

Wonderful little house on a lakefront property. From the living room you have a direct view of the water! The house is also super cut, with a very spacious kitchen and a cute living room with dining table and sofa. Despite the many bedrooms, there was also no traffic jam in the morning with 5 people, as there are a total of 3 bathrooms. The very quiet location, the in-house sauna and the direct access to the water make this the perfect place to get out of Berlin and get down a little. If we had had the necessary change, we would have preferred to buy the house directly!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

The place exceeded all our expectations! In particular, the kitchen equipment and the entire furnishings were much better than can be seen in the photos. We all felt super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the stars and the lake very much. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. Thank you!

The apartment is super equipped and has everything you need. You are very private and at the same time the host is always available. Mirco is a great host who explains everything in detail and likes to give tips for the area. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the host and accommodation without reservation.

Frank was an amazing host, so helpful and willing to assist in any way he could. As we were arriving from Australia on Easter Sunday he offered to buy us some groceries because the shops are closed both Sunday and Monday over Easter. We were so grateful to have some supplies to see us through. The BnB is in the best position in Bamberg. Look out the window onto the river and old town hall. How good is that! Shops and eating places right out the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed chatting to Frank and hearing all about the building and his renovation plans. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, bright, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything was spotlessly clean and well prepared, with all the equipment in the flat ready to use and in great condition. The kitchen was excellent — well laid out, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, with a grocery store just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is fantastic — you can walk to the city centre easily, yet the area around the flat is quiet and peaceful. Arrival was simple thanks to the easy access via code, and we had no trouble finding a parking spot right in front of the building. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly throughout. We felt very welcome and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!
