Vacation rentals with lake access in Central Germany

we had very nice and relaxing days! The location and place was beautiful. Super quiet and a great atmosphere :). Also for our dogs, the vacation on Bergheider See was a dream - there are countless opportunities for beautiful walks. Any suggestions for improvement: The amenities in the accommodation could be improved based on the price (coffee, spices, more towels). The firewood is provided for the entire facility in one place - if you are then "late", you unfortunately run out empty. If each home is provided with its own wood, you could avoid this issue. Conclusion: Franzi and Felix have created a stunning place! The communication with the two was super easy, friendly and impeccable. The suggestions for improvement are not intended as criticisms, the vacation was beautiful and we will definitely come back again! :-)

My wife and I, our three grandchildren and our dog had a wonderful vacation in Ulrike's vacation home. The house is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and has a huge living and dining area. The bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses, fly screens and roller blinds. Everything is available in very good quality in terms of technical equipment, as well as dishes, etc. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The Internet connection via Wi-Fi did not cause any problems. The property itself is a dream, tall pine trees and a huge lawn, created for all kinds of activities. It was only a short walk to the swimming area, where a rowing boat was also available. Communication with Ulrike was very pleasant. All the big and small vacation home guests liked the days in Kleinzerlang very much and we will definitely come back.

A very nice, small cottage quietly located in the forest and not far from the lake. There was everything we needed and we loved using the bikes for trips to the lake. We will be happy to come back. :)

The house is much bigger than appears On the pictures and so beautiful! The interior, furniture and surroundings are just perfect and make for a peaceful get away! We came for a family Christmas and I have to say that I was delighted to find the kitchen fully ready to prepare a feast and with every type of utensil and serving tableware that I could ask for! The family are immediately responsive which made us feel secure in our booking! We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and found the bedrooms and beds perfect with enough privacy per person! Thanks for helping us make Wonderful Christmas memories in your beautiful house! 🥰🎄💫

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

Everything was ok.

Wonderful little house on a lakefront property. From the living room you have a direct view of the water! The house is also super cut, with a very spacious kitchen and a cute living room with dining table and sofa. Despite the many bedrooms, there was also no traffic jam in the morning with 5 people, as there are a total of 3 bathrooms. The very quiet location, the in-house sauna and the direct access to the water make this the perfect place to get out of Berlin and get down a little. If we had had the necessary change, we would have preferred to buy the house directly!

Markkleeberg is a very nice area, right by the nature reserve and to the lake but also the center can be reached by public transport. Communication with Guido was very straightforward and my son felt very comfortable in Guido's apartment.

Beautiful apartment in idyllic countryside. Direct view of the water including its own jetty. The roof terrace is the absolute highlight and invites you to linger. The sofa bed is very small and more suitable for a child. There are shopping opportunities and canoe rentals nearby. Bicycles make it easy to explore the area.

Super cute location with great opportunity to have breakfast on the deck. The captain's cabin is very cozy and you have peace from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place is clean, the area is very quiet and it has everything you need for a few days in Chemnitz.

We had very nice days with our three adolescents at Dirk & Silke! Perfect base to check out Berlin. We drove 15 minutes by car to a S bahn station and then took the S and U bahn. Nice to come back at the end of the day in a quiet area. The house is very spacious, with a view (among the trees) of the lake. You can also walk into the woods in no time. We could have enjoyed ourselves here for 2 weeks too!

Very memorable Christmas experience. The house is tidy and warming. The rooms are well-equipped. At the balcony you can have a great view of the lake. Although the house is a little hard to find and Google Map sometimes give the wrong station to get off at, Carlos has provided us with detailed information of the route. What I like the most is the shower curtain featuring the periodic table lol. It is literally the same type of the tv series The Big Bang Theory! In all, it's a magical place to live in. (especially for students in physics and chemistry)

Even though we only had a few days vacation, we enjoyed the time at Zwenkauer See very much. Overlooking the water and a great location, we felt right at home. The amenities and cleanliness of the apartment were great. It had everything you needed. The well-developed bike paths and the beautiful playground allow great activities. We felt very comfortable!

The place met all our expectations. A relaxing stay directly at the lake. A fenced area, perfect for those who want to treat themselves to a break with their four-legged friend. In case of inquiries, the host was easily accessible. The amenities in the accommodation were really amazing and you can't expect more in terms of cleanliness. All in all, this was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book again.

We had a great time at the ferry house and enjoyed the stay very much - Heiko and Ina are super nice and helpful and the place and garden are very nice. Thank you, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Paulina's place is a little paradise! We were allowed to spend a week here with our dog and just enjoyed everything. The tranquility, the water, the lovingly landscaped garden, the small details on and in the cottage... It was a wonderful time, we didn't miss anything and we are so grateful to have found this place of relaxation. We will be happy to come back!

The place is very stylish and cozy, the oven provides pleasant warmth in the living room. There is plenty of room for two adults and five children. The garden invites you to linger and play, the fireplace delights the children. Very nice viewpoints are within walking distance, by car there are plenty of excursion destinations in the beautiful mountains and forests. We had a very nice time and can absolutely recommend the place. Thank you!

We (group of friends, 6 people, 26J-29Y) spent a very nice weekend in the accommodation! Very cozy furnishings, quiet location, beautiful surroundings. The highlight was the sauna and the nearby lake for ice bathing. I'd love to come back :)

The summer house and the entire ensemble around the Eule estate is the perfect place for peaceful, nature-loving relaxation!

We had a really very nice short stay at Kai's and were completely satisfied with the communication in advance/on site and of course also with the cabin and everything. Value for money is really great! On Lake Hainer, we did a big canoe tour with the in-house canoe. However, the shore of Lake Hainer is built with luxury houses, which is why the nature idyll is somewhat disturbed. There is not so much to experience in the immediate vicinity within walking distance, so traveling by car would recommend.

Our stay at Simon’s house was great! The house is located in the Forrest and it’s super peaceful and relaxing. The highlight for our dog was the huge fenced garden. The view through the big windows is amazing. We also worked from there for a day and the internet was good enough for that. The house is definitely recommendable 🙏🏻
