In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

New house in the countryside

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

A bed can be moved under the open sky in the treetop. A high-quality kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, a sauna with a view of the trees, and an indoor and outdoor cinema ensure special moments. The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is located a few steps from places of historical and artistic interest such as Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.
