Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Living in an ancient rock house 1 - Cave

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. Breakfast is included.

Guest room "Haus zum Prater" - rock room

And in the very heart of the Wachau, namely in Spitz an der Donau, is the "Haus zum Prater". This was built on the foundations of a more than 500 year old mill in the Mieslingtal at the Mieslingbach. In 1880 a reconstruction took place and the same the restaurant "zum Prater" was built. This house has been renovated by us in 2017 faithfully to the original and are thus again 6 holiday apartments with different sizes (17-30m2) available for short-term or year-round rental.

Erdhaus Villa Vals

Earth house completely buried in the mountainside with large terrace. Access to the house is through a tunnel from the nearby stable. The architecturally unusual house is furnished with international designer pieces and offers all amenities such as large kitchen with table for 10 people, Wifi, TV, pool table, hot tub on the terrace and much more. Villa Vals reached international fame through the BBC/Netflix series "The World's Most Extraordinary Homes".

The cave of Ancient Calvasino - Private Jacuzzi

The cave of Ancient Calvasino was born from the recovery of an old farmhouse where the original characteristics of the old structure such as stone walls and old wooden doors were kept unchanged. Guests will be able to taste the old-world flavor without losing the modern comforts such as the chromotherapy and radio hot tub, an in-room fridge bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The cave was created from an old cellar/barn with a vaulted ceiling.

Chez Milo, a stunning, renovated village house built in 1846. No expense has been spared to create a beautiful & restful experience in the heart of the French Alps. Doorstep hiking, cycling, mountain biking, x- country skiing, snow shoeing or relaxing . Lunch and evening meals, cookery classes can also be arranged. Extra fire wood is at an extra charge. NOTE: the internet WAS temperamental -this situation has now been resolved..

Janská Cave

You can comfortably arrive on the property and enjoy total peace in the cave. We heat about 15 degrees in the cave, so a thicker sweater is needed. WIFI works if you're interested, so it won't be without civilization either. You either cook in a gas cave or grill in front of a cave. Water flows, toilet is chemical
