Windmill vacation rentals in Central Europe

Magical mill, loving Asssecoires, equipped with everything you need, even a wide selection of games. We felt very comfortable and would book the mill again anytime.

I found everything about this property delightful. Any windmill in the Netherlands would be charming, but this one was especially so. The main living space was so cozy and rustic, I loved spending the evenings just sitting inside, reading, and admiring the space. Upstairs in the bedroom there was a skylight letting you see up into the old gears in the mill, I fell asleep every night looking up at the mechanisms. Despite its rustic charm, it had the modern conveniences you would want, fast WiFi (I took several Zoom calls with no issues) and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating. The location is beautiful, I had a great time walking through the surrounding area. Its very reachable without your own car, I took a taxi from Leeuwarden which only cost about 25 euros, and there is a shopping centre about 15mins away by bike. I had an absolute blast staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Great for a special time with several people. BBQ and fire bowl outside and the breakfast in the pavilion were our highlights. The children also enjoyed the many places. Staying in a mill already has a special charm. But a lot of comfort is not to be expected. Also the dishwasher outside brings camping flair☺️

What a remarkable place to stay! We have for a long time wanted to stay in an old windmill and staying in Annettes beautiful house truly met our expectations. We can only recommend this.

this location is a great tip for adventure holidays. It is around, very quiet and you live in a historically elaborately renovated yet fully functional and well preserved mill, which is over 100 years old. This has a special adventure and experience factor. Nevertheless, you don't have to miss any comfort in this apartment. The complex is my secret for North Sea vacation

We felt completely comfortable in the mill. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the quiet location. Great view of the fields. Beautiful sunsets. Daniela was very friendly and helpful.

The place has the charm you'd expect from a Dutch windmill. We felt very comfortable and our children thought it was great. In the quiet location, we were able to relax wonderfully from the stress of everyday life.
