Monthly Rentals in Central Dunedin

Absolutely gorgeous apartment centrally located in Dunedin. Amanda is an excellent host and provided excellent amenities including a beautiful and artistically designed space, comfortable beds, excellent coffee and fresh milk, laundry soap and more. We wish we could have stayed longer, highly recommend this home!

A perfect apartment in a historic building converted with real contemporary flair. The unit is equipped with everything you need and more for a stay in central Dunedin. Parking opposite was easy, and the city centre is within easy walking distance. We were here to visit the Otago Peninsula and albatross colony but enjoyed our days in the city. New Zealand towns can be bleak places but Dunedin had enough life and places to visit despite the appalling town planning and architecture of the late 20th Century. The two museums, The Tuhara Otago and Toitu Otago Settlers were really good. If in Dunedin again I will definitely stay here. Thanks for a great stay.

Robyn is a wonderful host. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The view of the harbour is stunning, even from the bathroom! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing worth mentioning - the walkway to the entrance is steep and long, which could pose a challenge if you have a mobility issue.
