Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. During our full-time travels we tend to seek out lodging that is unique, and the old converted Sunday school hall/now glasshouse was just that! Tessa is an exceptional host. We spent a wonderful evening with her learning about the transformation of this beautiful space. Furnishings are stylish and very comfortable. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 5-10 minute drive to the St. Clair beach area, downtown Dunedin or the start of the scenic Otago Peninsula drive.
