Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

Place as described. Very convenient as we can walk around Psyri, Plaka, Monastiraki and Metro Syntagma. We even hike up to Lycabettus Hill. The Greek cuisine at Mantra Taverns at Pysri was awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay with Elina! Location was great- 20 minute walk to Centro, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great bakery right across the street with super friendly staff. We went there almost everyday. Elina was responsive- we asked her for a new pan and knife for cooking and she delivered. Bed was comfy and the balcony is nice. There is a bar downstairs which can be a little noisy until around midnight, but we had no problem sleeping! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Elina!!

Had a comfortable good stay at Danae's place. The place was as described, Danae was very responsive and proactive in responding and giving advice. The place was very clean and tidy, had all the comforts you would need, very well decorated and very easy to find and access. Close to metro and take aways, a plus was the parking space that came with the rental which was very handy,a s I had a car. Would definitely stay there again.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Eva nous a attendus à 23h00 pour nous accueillir de manière chaleureuse. Son appartement est très grand, propre et lumineux. Il faut bien le chauffer quand on est hors saison. Pour la situation, il est proche de la station de métro qui arrive directement de l’aéroport, d’un supermarché et de restaurants ouverts très tard. Nous recommandons. Merci à Eva pour ce séjour.

La maison de Giannis est dans un endroit privilégié, une vue exceptionnelle sur Athènes c’est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil. J’ ai loué une voiture pour la semaine donc nous n’avons pas eut la contrainte de grimper la colline à pied et j’ai toujours trouvé une place à 2 pas de la maison. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

My family and I stayed at Apostolis’ apartment from April 2nd to 5th, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Its location was ideal, with easy access to the metro station, as well as numerous cafés, bars, and tavernas nearby. Apostolis was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. At the end of our stay, he even surprised us with a kind gift, which was a lovely touch. If we return to Athens, we would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

Tonia est très réactive et accueillante, son studio est très propre dans un quartier que nous aimons. Nous reviendrons. C est agréable d être accueillis par quelqu’un qui se déplace à l heure de notre arrivée.

Iro's apartment is full of eclectic charm. a huge space for one person, and central bit without being right in the middle of the touristy area. The immediate area might seem not look very upscale but has much to explore. The apartment is clean and everything works as it should. The only trick was that I could not find the light in the hallway which could be really dark even during the day. I would definitely recommend Iro's apartment.

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d'Anna et Dimitri. Anna a été très disponible durant tout le séjour et a été très réactive quand nous avons notre petit ennui. Le logement est bien situé, avec toutes les commodités proches, et permet d'accéder en une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre d'Athènes. Ce fut un plaisir d'être chez eux pendant ces quinze jours en avril.

Ageliki is an amazing host: very responsive, helpful, and super nice. She even brought me a slouvaki at check-in after my overnight flight, and there was water, juice and other foods available, which made the arrival much easier! I locked myself out and she was available right away! The place is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is truly fully stocked ! Also close to lots of locals cafes and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to Panormou station (direct line to historic town and airport). I would stay again without hesitation!

Myrsina was a great host. She was there when we arrived, even though it was a late arrival. She provided us with useful local information. I would definitely recommend this apartment and area if staying in Athens.

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Unsere Zeit in Athen war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist in einer coolen Lage, groß genug und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider war es in unserer Zeit bewölkt und daher etwas kalt, wir haben trotzdem den schönen Balkon genutzt. Man ist schnell überall in der Stadt wegen der Nähe zur Metro. Es gibt in der Umgebung einige Supermärkte, nette Cafés und Parks. Doros war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Danke für die Zeit in Athen, wir würden uns immer wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden!

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. The private parking spot was also a big plus. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again if we ever visit the area again!

Pano’s apartment in Pangrati was perfect for our last few days in Greece. It is just a building down from my daughters who is studying in Athens which was very convenient to meet up with her. The location was great. We spent lots of time on the balcony drinking coffee, eating our meals, soaking up sun and reading. Very close and walkable to all the restaurants and sightseeing. We were able to do a few loads of laundry which was very nice. Some snacks were left for us and we definitely appreciated that. The apartment seemed bigger than the photos. Nice big living room with couches. But the hang out spot was the balcony! Thank you for having us, definitely recommend your place!

This was an ideal home base - walking distance to Acropolis Museum, Acropolis tour and other historic sites. Lots of sweet cafes near by. Not as trendy as Plaka but good value. The penthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet!
