Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Athens Regional Unit

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Perfect studio for a short and long stay in Athens. Very very clean and all is new. Nice bed, lots of storage space and complete kitchen. Safe and nice neighborhood in Athens. Close to the center and beach/boulevard.. Tram/public transport around the corner. On platia Nea Smyrni, all kinds of things to do. Recommended! I will definitely go back. Thanks for the nice stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

We were very comfortable at Lukas’s house. I appreciated having a washer and dryer since we had been touring for a week and needed cleaner clothes. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could enjoy the balcony. I had several questions while we stayed there and appreciated the quick responses

It was our second stay with Eleni. The unit was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for something better with shopping and food very close by

We stayed at Romanos' place over the Orthodox Easter weekend and he recommended that we go up to the patio and see the fireworks at midnight which was an unforgettable experience! The flat is gorgeous - I never got over the view of the Acropolis from the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony and patio were dreamy. The location is also ideal if you are wanting to explore the main sights - we walked everywhere and it was great to be able to pop home in the middle of the day to take a break. There are more nice restaurants and bars around than we had time to visit. Checkin and checkout were super easy and Romanos was lovely and helpful throughout our stay and in the lead-up. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Athens!

So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

Clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace. Perfect location with good connection to the center and the airport and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. I had a wonderful stay at Ioannis's place. The place was even nicer than I expected. I especially loved the small balcony. Everything is designed with a lot of love for detail. Communication was great and Ioannis very helpful. Absolutely recommended. Thanks Ioannis.

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Aris' place is very nice. Upon entering the house, you felt comfortable! The garden is so chill and it was perfect for us location wise as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always available and communication was impeccable! It'll be our first choice again next Easter!

The host was extremely communicative and informative. He gave us great tips on what to do in the area and was very easy to get ahold of. The space was very clean and we loved the balcony. We had a couple issues getting into the building during our stay but overall the stay was amazing.

If you are staying in Athens and want to be close to the city center, you will be thrilled with Renata’s place. The apartment is spacious and cute. The location is beyond perfect. We walked to everything: groceries, restaurants, public transport, coffee shops, and even the acropolis!! The apartment is on the first floor. There is an elevator up to the roof top deck (which we went to every evening to sit after a day of exploring). You will receive a link within Airbnb with pictures of where to find and access the keys. Lots of storage and the kitchen has the basics needed to cook simple meals. Perfect for two people.

Fantastic private balcony view of Acropolis at dawn and night it’s magical. Apartment is so close to metro, trams and buses you can get to anywhere. Host provided great food and venue recommendations so we can highly recommend

beautiful little apartment in a neighborhood that is not touristy, so not too many people which is nice there are supermarkets for shopping. Dimitris was responsive to every request. The apartment was very clean. Nothing was missing. The metro is a 10-minute walk to 2 stations from the Acropolis. In short, perfect value for money.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week at Alexandra's over Easter. The view from the apartment is absolutely amazing and the place itself is very comfortable. The balcony is great and the location is perfect for exploring all the sights of Athens. A lovely community neighbourhood with nice places to eat. Alexnandra is a very helpful host. Highly recommended!
