Earth house vacation rentals in Central America

Las vistas, al menos en temporada seca, son insuperables. Hay vista completa al volcán Arenal desde el ventanal de la cama y desde el porche. Karen es súper amable y muy agradable. Nos ayudó con varias excursiones y nos dio consejos muy útiles sobre cosas que hacer por la zona. Siempre estaba atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Estuvimos muy a gusto y si volvemos es un sitio que repetiremos sin duda.

Diese Unterkunft war sehr schön. Selbst mit vier Leuten, haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und hatten genug Platz. Die Duschen waren warm und alles war super sauber. Wir hatten kein Auto, sind aber von der Straße aus, mit dem Bus oder per Hitchhiken mehr oder weniger gut nach San Juan gekommen. Auf dem Rückweg muss man ein wenig den Berg hoch zum Haus. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

El lugar es realmente espectacular! La casa se siente muy hogareña, los caminamientos son perfectos para una caminata por la mañana y el host fue excelente y muy comunicativo. Muy recomendado para toda la comunidad de AIRBNB.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable and well furnished space. Just one caution for taller guests - things are geared toward those of standard height. Not really a drawback or a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in the area!

This house was wonderful. We came as a family of five but could have fit so many more. The silampa, reserva forestal y la cascada are all a short drive away. We found the house to be exactly as picture, and Israel helped us check into the house and

Muriel's home was extraordinarily. It it is incredibly unique and has the most beautiful views. Be sure to remember that it is a rustic area but that adds to the charm. Mauricio was super helpful as well. If you are staying near Lago de Coatapeque I highly recommend this home.

Las Nubes del Pital, da lo que ofrece y mas, es una excelente opción para conectar con la naturaleza, el clima super fresco, la atención de Tobías y su esposa es de lo mejor, son amables y atentos. Es una opción diferente, al ser ecológica, pero totalmente recomendado, es una experiencia única y que podemos volver a repetir, la pasamos con paz, tranquilidad, y como en casa.

I wish I could rate this location 10 stars!! This is such a beautiful home in such a phenomenal location. Everything in Venao is easily within walking distance with some of the best surfing ever right in your back yard. It is far enough away from the party scene that you can get a good night sleep but close enough that you can party all night long if you would like. The home is extremely well appointed with anything you may need in regards to cooking utensils and basic amenities. We needed nothing outside of food for our stay. Allison and Charlie and their team are all extremely responsive and incredibly helpful with anything you may need. top tier in every single way possible. This is one of the nicest homes in the area for an incredible price. You really cannot do better!!

we just got back from Madre Selva and I am not sure I can find the words. Unique, peaceful, private and the most beautiful location with unforgettable views of jungle, whale's tail beach, ocean and sunrises. The house has everything you need and more. Carolina and her husband are the nicest and the most welcoming people and their breakfasts and dinners were so delicious. They took a such good care of us, organizing everything and helping us with everything we needed. we felt right at home the moment we arrived. Amazing memories ❤️ thank you so much! Pura Vida 🌴

We feel so blessed to have experienced Kristopher and Marie’s one-of-a-kind Airbnb accommodation. It is thoughtfully curated for those who are seeking an authentic experience nestled amongst Monteverde’s symbolic cloud forest. From the moment we arrived, they spared no expense in making us feel right at home by explaining all the features and amenities, providing us with a reservoir of information on local activities and for always being accessible. The inclusive daily breakfast was deliciously unforgettable, especially the homemade sourdough avocado toast and açaí bowl. We slept like babies every night and relished the breathtaking views. Marie also offers a morning yoga class which was the perfect way to start off the day. We genuinely enjoyed every second and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be immersed with nature.

Cassandra was an exceptional host, probably the best host I’ve had on Airbnb. She was very proactive about communication leading up to the trip, as well as during the trip, leading to 0 doubts about anything for the entire stay. Her home is beautiful, well kept, and looks exactly like the pictures, within walking distance of everything in the town center. The housekeeper was very kind as well, and made us feel welcomed and at home. You will have a wonderful time staying there. Thank you Cassandra!

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir Rosarios Gäste sein durften. Die Unterkunft war dank ihrer Anweisungen sehr einfach zu finden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns in dem kleinen Häusschen, das ein bisschen an das Haus der sieben Zwerge erinnert, gleich wohl. Das Häusschen ist perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Lage war ideal. Wir konnten tagsüber unsere Stadtbesichtigung direkt von hier aus zu Fuss starten. Ein paar Imbisse und Restaurants liegen ebenfalls Fußläufig nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. 😊

Entering the property with the security code was easy. Immediately upon arrival you feel you have entered a beautiful sanctuary with lush vegetation, flowers and gorgeous trees. There are also several cozy private sitting areas on the grounds. We had the 2 bedroom adobe cabin right next to the pool. The pool waters were crystal clear and the pool was large with an 8 foot deep end which was wonderful. Our main bedroom was large and the mattress extremely comfortable. The WIFI was wonderful for our needs. We went for walks in the neighborhood, including the local grocery store and the beach and took local taxis and always felt safe and entertained by the amazing friendly Jamaican people. The beach was spectacular and fun for relaxing and swimming. Marlene was a wonderful host. Friendly, informative and always helpful and kind. The only downside is that there is a noisy highway nearby but at night the AC and fan helped a lot. I would definitely stay at Casa de Tierra again!

We stayed in the Lil Negril cottage and loved it! It is set back in the garden and is quiet, private, and lovely. Amenities like a firm, comfortable mattress, always available WIFI, being able to cook in the cottage and the private patio out back made Lil Negril such a nice home for a week. We were hosted by Marlene and found her to be a perfect host. Kind, thoughtful and available if we needed it. We felt completely safe at the resort, with a locked and bolted gate. We also really enjoyed walking around the area. We could walk to the beach, the grocery store, a couple small markets and a couple restaurants. Everyone we met on our walks was friendly. Taxis were easy to get or arrange and two of the drivers we found lived in the neighborhood, which was great! We found the Jamaicans in Runaway Bay to be some of the nicest local people we've met on vacation. Thank you, Marlene for a beautiful vacation to your resort and to Runaway Bay.

Lovely Airbnb - it was a really nice space to relax in. We really loved the areas near the beach nearby - lots of nice restaurants and boutiques. Irene was very very nice! Thank you :)

El lugar maravilloso, hermosa cabaña, jardines muy lindos y bien cuidados, piscina y hasta una pequeña cascada en el espacio interior. En el lugar nos conectamos muchísimo con la naturaleza, y el silencio y privacidad nos ayudó a hacer una súper velada, sumado a la excelente atención que nos brindaron. No se pierdan el 5-star breakfast!!! Recomendación, planificar bien llevar su comida ya que en los alrededores no hay opciones de restaurantes (sólo pizza). Totalmente recomendable.
