Beautiful place! The casita is quite nice and comfortable and the around is very quiet. Perfect for spending a few relaxing days in nature and hiking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing in such a beautiful space beside a cozy wood stove with views of the volcano—so serene and peaceful. Margarita is extremely kind, responsive, and helpful—including hauling us and our luggage in her 4 wheel drive up to the house when our 2WD SUV couldn’t make it. (I thought other reviewers were just tentative drivers…I was 100% wrong. The last 100m are both steep and the surface is fine volcanic soil, so a 2WD will just spin out.) Walking the road down to/up from our car parked at the base was no problem and a good workout! The wood stove is the only source of heat (besides sunlight during the day) and it is extremely easy to use. The bed was super comfortable with nice bedding and a reading light-USB charger on each side. Hot water was reliable once it warmed up. The kitchen is well-appointed for simple meals on the stovetop or microwave (no oven/air fryer because solar power.) The undercounter fridge/freezer is small so plan ahead.

Excellent, but seniors and people with mobility issues, should avoid: there's a staircase!

If you can give yourself a taste and stay in this beautiful place with your partner/family/friends, please do so. Seba is an excellent host and our stay was just amazing. I have been using Airbnb for years in many countries, and I can notice all the work they have done in this beautiful home to make it very cozy, even their internet is amazing. To be in a farther sector, it was the best internet I had throughout my trip.
