Let me just say, when I booked the Skep House, I got way more than I bargained for. I was initially looking for an affordable place to stay while visiting Morgantown for a community hobby event I was attending. All the event recommended lodging was a bit out of budget for me, so I went on AirBnB to look for something more affordable, private, homey and comfortable. Jeff's house was not only affordable, but it was incredibly clean, comfortable, private, and most importantly—relaxing! 10 out of 10 I would stay at the Skep house again, not just for an alternative option but just for the sake of staying at this exact spot, again! That's right, I would definitely stay at this place again just for the sake of the peacefulness, hospitality, and accommodations. I brought my own food but was surprised I got to enjoy Jeff's own farm fresh eggs and bread. If you want a magical place to stay, reserve the Skep house. You won't regret it!

My stay at this Airbnb in West Virginia was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—the hiking trail was right on the property, making it super convenient to dive into nature whenever I wanted. Spending my days exploring the trail and discovering beautiful views was a highlight of my trip. After a day on the trail, coming back to this cozy home felt like a warm hug. The space was spotless, truly a home away from home. One of my favorite parts was the stunning sunset views from the top of the hill absolutely magical and the perfect way to unwind. This Airbnb offered the best of both worlds: an outdoor adventure right outside the door and a clean, comfortable place to chill at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

It is always wonderful to get back home to West Virginia. Steve and Teresa listings are always exactly what we need when we come home. So peaceful but yet so many things to do!

Amazing place for a vacation. The views and surround area was beautiful, the cabin was stunning, and the overall vibe was perfect. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured. The hot tub was the cherry on top when ending the nights as well. Definitely recommend this cabin if you’re looking to just take life a little slower and relax!
