Even though I’ve only spent one night at Tomaz’s hostel, I had a good stay. The scenery around is so beautiful and the hosts were very helpful and gave me tips on where to have dinner at 21:30 or breakfast the following morning. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of sound isolation. I could hear the person in the room next to mine snoring, but also the people on the upper floor talking.

Incredible time with the family! Kids loved the bunnies and cows and just wondering around the farm. John and his family were super hospitable and fun. Janez’s cooking was 5-star all from the farm. Definitely coming back. *Directions can be tricky, make sure you recon on Google maps the route.

Jana’s place was brilliant! They are responsive and very kind. The beds were super comfortable with the perfect temperature for all year round. Jana offered a lift to the airport for €10 which was super helpful! It’s a very cheap bus ride from Ljubljana and ideal to stay at for airport stays. I would certainly stay there again! 10/10
