House vacation rentals in Cenote Yal-ku

We had a wonderful family stay, the house was stunning - well maintained and the design and aesthetic immediately relaxed us. The location is remote in terms of neighborhood, but convenient with town, beaches etc all 15-20 minute drive away. The longest/slowest part is getting out of the neighborhood which as mentioned does not have paved roads yet and is very bumpy path via jungle. The area is quickly growing, the construction was not loud. There is someone that comes on property everyday to clean pool, do maintenance - mostly outside, but it is a glass house. We were out most of the day so it was fine. The house itself again was a star and made our stay luxuriously comfortable!

Beautiful stay, very friendly place, super peaceful

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished, luxury stay nestled in the jungle. We felt extremely safe with the gated area and the best convenience was having plenty of cafes one minute walking distance away! The main trendy strip is a ten minute drive. Excellent communication throughout, truly an amazing and comfortable stay!

I have stayed in at least a dozen of airbnbs in Tulum, and this one is my favorite. Quiet, good Internet, relatively close to everything, working AC, etc Will be coming back here many times

Parking was easily available for our car. The host was always ready to answer any question or request we had. We were very happy and comfortable in this beautiful house. Armanda's home, space, atmosphere, and environment were wonderful! Exactly what I was hoping for, and what I needed! The location is very private and secure, and feels plenty safe, and the surroundings are so beautiful! Armanda y Pedro have clearly put so much work, time, and money into their home and yard. It is very peaceful, with iguanas, happy singing birds, and plants and flowers. I adored it, and all the more, Armanda is a very kind, gracious, helpful host! There are scenic beaches and cenotes not very far, but It is the kind of place more for people who are looking for a meditative, calm, peaceful, quiet location. The accommodations are simple but plenty adequate. I bought groceries and made meals in the kitchen most of the time, and spent mornings outside with coffee and a book or journal. It was truly a lovely visit and experience. Armanda and Pedro are very pleasant and kind beautiful souls. Maybe it's not for everyone, but if you feel drawn to it, there's a reason!

The online pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is huge and has spectacular ocean views and ocean breeze (the sea is 50 yards away from the infinity pool). Alvaro is a wonderful, wonderful concierge who responded quickly and checked on us periodically. He also lined up a few things for us and they were top notch. Flo, the house cleaner, is phenomenal. She is amazing at what she does but knows how to work around you at the same time. The home is well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Don't let the picture of the couch fool you. I thought it looked kind of worn out, but it was one of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat in. Also, don't be fooled by no TV in the main floor living room. The views ARE your TV; you really don't need anything else. Venture outside the gates for some of the best taco's & guac you'll ever eat. Food is wonderful inside the gates as well but outside - outstanding!

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Eleonora has been a great host and her Airbnb perfectly fits the description. She has been very helpful when we needed recommendations. The place is very quiet and safe, especialy for parking in the street. The pool is nice and the water is fresh, which we enjoyed during hot sunny days. The pool comes with jets, hence it being called a jacuzzi I guess, so just know the water is fresh :) Overall, I definitely recommend !!

The place was beautiful and big enough for my friends and I. It is located in a gated community, it’s very safe and peaceful. Only 5 min from Tulum centro. Check in instructions were easy. Whenever there was an issue Mauricio has been very responsive and accommodating.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Cary’s home in Akumal was an incredible place to stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true escape. Cary was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Akumal!

Juan was a lifesaver after our original Airbnb canceled just 48 hours before arrival. He was super responsive and even adjusted our check-in time to match what we had planned, which made things much smoother. The house is gorgeous—spacious, stylish, and perfect for groups. We loved the shared spaces, though it did get a bit warm on the main floor during the day (AC in the bedrooms worked great). There was a small issue with a leaky faucet, and the cleaning service was good—just wish the beds had been made. The location was a little tricky for our airport transport to find, but once we settled in, it was fantastic. I'd absolutely come back—great place for a group getaway in Tulum!

Casa Zaba was incredible! The location was perfect—close to everything yet felt private and peaceful. We pre-ordered ATVs through the property, which made it so easy to explore. We used them for quick trips to grab food and check out the nearby nightlife, and even rode them all the way to the ruins and some amazing cenotes. The free cenote included with the Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking, and the private beach access was gorgeous. The property itself is gated, which added an extra level of comfort. I’ve been to Tulum multiple times, and this was hands down one of our best stays. Highly recommend Casa Zaba for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Great stay! Celine and her team were very fast to respond and is so attentive and accommodating. We needed some band aids/gauze and her team brought over band aids in the middle of the night when we needed. During our stay, the upstairs pool did not work and Celine was great at communicating that to our group. Overall, great stay! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

We had such a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place in Cozumel. The location was absolutely perfect for us—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to plenty of great little local Mexican restaurants. The house itself was very clean and well cared for, with beautiful garden spaces that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved the pool and patio area—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Daniel was a responsive and thoughtful host, always quick to answer any questions. He truly has a gem of a place, and we’re so grateful he shared it with us. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
