The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
