The 24 m2 terrace is equipped with an awning, where you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden. Free parking is available right in front of the house. This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
