Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

The Cabane aux étoiles is a magical place with a unique design. From the bedroom with "Queen Size" bed you sleep almost under the stars with an incredible panoramic window. In the 2 bunk beds of 140 cm with unique views of the park, you are like in a hiding place. Total area 36 m2 An air-conditioned kitchen/dining area with hotplates, microwave, refrigerator. Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

Our large house in the Livradois Forez park on the GR3 offers hiking opportunities on mountain bike enduro motorcycle trails cross-country skiing 20 minutes from the Col de la Loge. In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. No disabled access.

Gite l'Epicurien in Sainte-Agathe

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

Studio close to the center

Independent studio located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, refurbished. Free parking Breakfast included Bikers and vintage vehicles are welcome. In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
