A stone's throw from the Prades lake in St Rémy-sur-Durolle in a residential leisure park, this 6-person chalet of 38 m2 is fully equipped and air-conditioned with a covered terrace of 12 m2, land of 200 m2. 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds and one with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
