Very nice and functional apartment. To park, do not hesitate to look for a spot a little higher up the street. Pizzeria right next door and supermarket nearby. We did the center on foot because it's not far away. Francesco had left the essentials and special touches for our arrival, it was very nice. He answered any questions we had. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

Quiet and strategic solution within walking distance of the sea. Roberto was an accurate and quick Host in his descriptions to make the best check-in (how to get there, where to park) and the services of the house. Very nice solution with simple but brand new furniture. Clean and fully furnished house. We had a good time and hope to return.

We were comfortable in the spacious apartment. There was no problem parking in the nearby public parking lot. The host took care of many details (only point of improvement is the lack of air conditioning)

Great location – just a fifteen-minute walk from Genova Brignole station, with a tasty pizzeria and a nice café nearby. Plus, the area offers some lovely spots for walking. Highly recommend!

It was a magical birthday for me the house and the places is incredible

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! We had an amazing time in this peaceful, eco-friendly house with solar energy. The gps takes you to a small road, but the Airbnb is actually located on the main road going to the cute village. The view on the vines and the moutains was breathtaking! Giovanni was a perfect Host. He Even left a bottle of wine for my sister’s birthday. We would rate it a 10 if we could!

My husband, our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation for 5 days between walks with Gina, readings and excursions to nearby villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every comfort. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. There was no need because her home has everything it needs to be a little slice of heaven! We left, with the desire to return as soon as possible.

Umberto was the perfect mix of extremely friendly and attentive. He was considerate and responsive, but gave us enough space along the way. His place is very beautiful.

Quiet area and well-organized house

We loved this place. We were 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 9yrs.) across 3 generations and the place was spacious enough that people could do different things at the same time or be altogether for meals. The kids loved the foosball game and got much better at playing it. The covered veranda is spectacular with an incredible view. In fact, the views out all of the windows were beautiful. The wisteria was in bloom and smelled lovely. Even though the area is densely populated, we heard more frogs than people. The house has so much character. We loved the old movie posters. It was a short walk to the port. There are a lot of steps, even with the elevator.

The apartment is very centrally located & equipped with everything you need. The check-in worked well on the 2nd attempt & with immediate help from Giuseppe. He was always available for questions or concerns & was very helpful. We can only recommend the apartment.

Virginia's apartment is comfortable, tastefully decorated. It is located in a very pleasant area, close to a promenade along the sea. A daily food market is a stone's throw away. A bus leads directly to the city center and to Boccadasse and Nervi. We spent ten quiet and pleasant days in this apartment. Communication with Virginia is easy and trustworthy. Ursula

Spacious and clean accommodation in the medieval city of Genoa. Lively neighborhood with lots of shops. We really enjoyed having 2 separate beds (proposed by Luca). We would recommend this listing.

We stayed at Mrs. Vjollca's property during the period March 21-23. We were excited about the smelly environment, brand new, clean, and super cozy. The house can be reached by public transport, by car or on foot from the station. Our apartment was equipped with every comfort. Mr. Ra Vjollca has always been available since our arrival, making herself available for any problems. We recommend this vacation home for all travelers.

Giovanni has always been very friendly, kind and ready to accommodate our requests. The house is very well kept, very large spaces, very clean and quiet. The strong point is definitely the location, directly on the sea. I would recommend it and go back right away.
