Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

300 year old building, newly renovated in the picturesque fishing village of Crail. 1 1/2 miles from 7th oldest golf course in the world and 10 miles to the world class St.Andrews Golf Course. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.

It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The cosy accommodation features off street parking, three spacious shower rooms, small patio area with garden furniture, living, kitchen and dining areas.
