Vacation rentals with lake access in Celerina/Schlarigna

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! The apartment was a wonderful place to stay on Lake Como and Bellano is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station (direct train to Milano) and the ferries to other towns on the lake. The Bellano Orrido waterfall is amazing and the town is lovely, with the waterfront walk, a historical centre and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a view of the mountains and is so close to the water. Antonella and Donatella were so responsive and helpful - and the apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room. We loved it!!

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

This place is in an incredible location and the interior feels authentic to the small lakeside town. The host was very sweet and responsive - highly recommend.

We loved this apartment and appreciated how generous and thoughtful Alessandra is. She gave us helpful recommendations and made us feel taken care of. The apartment is lovely, with a gorgeous bathroom and full size kitchen. We arrived to snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge. We’re so glad we picked Varenna to stay in; it was quiet and compact with a number of things to do and tons of restaurants. The apartment is about 100ft to Varenna’s main piazza, so really well located. Check out Alessandra’s excellent gelato at the Bon Bon in the piazza. We recommend Alessandra’s place and hope to make it back there on future.

Fantastic Airbnb. Really nice views over Lake Como. House is in a cute, quiete Village. Everything you need is till there (Restaurant, little shop). We stayed 10 nights with a big family (7 people). Loved it. The hosts are super nice, good communication.

Fabio is a great host, and provided accurate information at each step right from pre check-in until checkout, including local recommendations, itinerary etc. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean, and well maintained. It has very good heating with both gas heaters and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a selection of coffee and tea. The balcony offers a good view of the mountains around. The parking space is very convenient just next to the house. The house is conveniently located in a calm surrounding and is a short walk to lakeside, pastries and restaurants. Menaggio is also close to the swiss border, so lake Lugano is just a half hour drive. Overall, Fabio has made sure that the house provides a great stay experience. Highly recommended.

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Apartment with a superb view of the lake, right in the heart of Menaggio and a 3min walk from the ferry departures. Very nice on-site parking but attention for small car (type SUV or sedan not possible). Well equipped, very clean, and quiet apartment. Baby cot and high chair provided by Marco, everything was perfect for our stay with our two daughters 4 and 1.5 years old! Marco is a very responsive and available host. Self check-in by key box. If we have to return to Lake Como, we are definitely staying here again!

We had a great time in Collico in Maria Térésa's home, not far from all amenities, with a swimming pool, beautifully flowered, and views of the lake and mountains. Everything is very satisfactory, the cleanliness, the location, the hospitality. Only small downside. We missed having a 2nd bedroom for our son and a little noise in the evening due to the proximity of a bar.

Great place on the calmer side of lake Como, very peaceful at night and very walkable distance to the lake and the towns around!

Beach 5  minutes away. Great place to explore the surrounding cities.

I took my family came to Lugano to attend a concert, but this accommodation caught my eye, and we stayed here two nights - what a great experience of this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, the host is warm and welcoming, the location is amazing (15 minutes drive to Lugano), the local restaurants are great, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Even on a rainy day we had dramatic views as clouds moved over the lake. Paola checked in with us often making sure we had everything we needed and responded right away when we had questions. We prepared a fabulous meal one of the evenings and had everything we needed in the kitchen, just like home.

Small house with stunning lake views! The outdoor space is a big plus especially for the kids (our two year old daughter loved the slide). We didn't really enjoy the private beach (because too busy visiting the area) but we loved taking the secret passage. So we'll have to come back in the summer to enjoy more;) We were lucky enough to meet Salvatore who is very responsive and welcoming. The cottage is very well placed to discover the Lake and we even took nice walks on site. An address that we'll keep precious.

This property is in a stunning location. Everywhere you look is beautiful. The house is basic but is comfortable and has an amazing and secure outside space. I took dogs with me and it is just perfect for them. The village is very traditional and quaint and if you like walking this is the place for you. The walks are amazing, the views spectacular and always a new pathway to follow. Waking up in the morning and opening the door to the view of the mountains and lakes, sitting on the balcony with a coffee is a treat every day. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Needed a place to stay with 2 separate bedrooms basically last minute for 1 night. This was getting the job done without issues. They have an extra garage which was very beneficial. The little terrace was nice to just sit outside and unwind for a moment.

The apartment of giulia and marco is really great and perfect for a stay at lake como. The hosts answer extremely fast and friendly all questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its view during breakfast or in the evening. The only real downside is the proximity to the street and the trainline, which is noisy during nights. In total, we can totally recommend the apartment 👍

We were received in a very friendly manner and even received active support in bringing in the luggage. Francesco was always available and gave us great tips. We felt very comfortable in this super clean, beautiful apartment with its own lake access and beautiful views. The kitchen was super equipped and had everything you needed. Our children (8&5 years) loved the small playground in front of the apartment and the free access to the lake at all times. Thank you Francesco for the great time in your apartment, we would definitely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back next year!
