We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Our family (2 adults with 2 young kids + 2 grand parents who are almost 70) spent a week at Elwin’s place. The house is very nice and offers a great view on the lake. Juste be aware that the house is located in a pedestrian street and getting there can actually be a little complicated (especially with strollers and elders). Elwin is reactive and gave us many good recommendations. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Luisella. Sala Comacina was a beautiful quote authentic Italian village with very few tourists. The streets were safe away from the main road. We used the back entrance the whole time as we have three young boys. Being on the Greenway was fantastic as we could walk everywhere without being on the road. It was so scenic. The main supermarket was 3.5km walk but so beautiful. Buses can be a tad unreliable so walking was necessary. The house had everything we needed to cook at home and the view from the lounge and main bedroom over the lake way like a postcard. We would highly recommend to stay here.

Elena is really responsive and friendly. The house is spacious, very well equipped and nice. BBQ grill, view and hot tub everything comes together for a great stay. We are 100% satisfied

We had a wonderful week at Lake Lugano. The terrace really has a fantastic "one million dollar" view and sun from morning to evening. You almost have to pick up to go hiking:D. Claudia had personally welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water, which was really very nice. Kitchen is super equipped, nothing is missing here. The inventory of the apartment is a bit outdated, so you could think about innovations here and there, but don't detract from it. For our dog, the house was also great, large garden and completely fenced. We found the path from the parking lot to the house not disturbing, also to the village where there is a great bakery you only need to walk 15 minutes, but you should not bring knee problems:D. Class area for hiking. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing location just minutes from bellagio and situated a short stroll to the water taxi of San Giovanni. Was a perfect stay!

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

My family and I, along with another family who are good friends of ours, stayed at Case Cima for 3 nights. It was 8 of us total, and it was overall a great stay. The house is fantastic, the pool area is super nice, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to be comfortable. The views are spectacular, which makes the long, steep driveway more than worth it, especially if you have a car, as it is not that difficult to go up if you have an automatic. The only negative thing that we experienced was the hot water stopped working the day before we left. We didn’t notice until some people tried to take showers, and by then it was already late at night, so we didn’t think it was necessary to notify the owner since we all didn’t mind taking cold showers, and we were leaving the next day. Honestly, the house is so amazing that we weren’t really that bothered about it at all.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.

Me and my partner spent a beautiful and peaceful few days here. The house and its views are incredible, it felt like something out of a film! We had everything we needed and the surroundings were perfect and lovely to walk through. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so special, helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as the house is quite rural but it’s only about a 35 minute walk to Colico town centre with lovely restaurants and little shops. We can’t recommend this property enough and thank you again to Stefania and Luca for being so welcoming and helpful

Great place, nice pool and easy check in!

We had a fantastic week’s stay in the Villa. The outdoor area are even better in person than they were in the pictures. It is set in a brilliant location, where we could get to the ferry station with a 20 minute walk. Stefania was a wonderful host. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and responded very promptly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

This was our first visit to Lake Como. We are delighted to have chosen Perla Del Lago for our stay. The views of the lake and moubtains from the villa are amazing. There are lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Romina kindly provided a list of recommended restaurants, all of which were excellent. The villa is large and immaculate. The pool and garden are well maintained and we enjoyed shady spots to relax. Highly recommended.

We had an idyllic stay for two in the very pleasant accommodation with magnificent views from the accommodation and from the superb pool . Very well-located accommodation to radiate on the North of the lake. Stefano welcomed us with a big smile , showed us the apartment down to the last detail and was available throughout the stay .
