Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

If you enjoy escaping the city, being surrounded by pure nature and murmuring sound of crystal clean water, this little charming chalet will be perfect for you. It's freshly renovated in scandinavian style with lots of hygge stuff, creating an relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Located in preserved national park Polhov Gradec Dolomiti (only 25 minutes drive away from Ljubljana), it's also ideal for romantic weekend getaway with lots of hiking to the surrounding hills, reachable on the doorstep.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

The new cabin is situated at a pacefull location the end of the willage Črni vrh (Black pick). The unspoilt nature away the city bustle but still close the willage conjures up a unique experience. Here you can enjoy the peace quite and fresh air. But you can also explore the surroundings, ride, bike, hiking and ski in the winter time at the local ski center Bor. Črni vrh located in the middle of betwen Ljubljana, Idrija (UNESCO heritage), Vipava, Ajdovščina in Nova gorica. (ONLY ONE PET)

Apartment the Bulli

We found inspiration in the legendary Bulli van, a charming vehicle symbolizing freedom, friendship, and the desire to explore the world. We want to offer this spirit of simplicity and comfort to our guests as well. Short description: Apartment on the 1st floor, for 4 persons, near the river Idrijca, with terrace overlooking the river. There is a nearby fishing spot ~ 50m (subject to fishing license). I offer two free parking spots below the apartment with option of EV charging station.

Cosy attic flat for art and nature lovers

Relax in a charming attic apartment surrounded by original works of art. The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway. The location is also a starting point for trips to the surrounding wine-growing villages, the Karst and the Soča Valley. Due to the proximity of the border with Italy, Trieste, Venice, the Dolomites and other interesting destinations are within easy reach.

Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
