Monthly Rentals in Çekmeköy

We stayed in this villa for 10 days where 6 different families from around the world gathered together for a family reunion. The villa is amazing, much better and bigger than pictures show. It easily accommodated our large group with each family having their own private room and bathroom, multiple hang out locations in family room upstairs, downstairs or the backyard or cinema . We wish weather was warmer so we could swim in the pool but nonetheless enjoyed its view. Kitchen is large and its dining table was our group’s favorite breakfast spot, while backyard was our favorite dinner spot. Mehmet, the gardener was kind and brought us homegrown eggs multiple times. Ergin the host is very responsive and promptly addressed internet issues we faced. Keep in mind the villa is in country side and 40 minutes (assuming no traffic) drive from Istanbul tourist attractions. We wanted a peaceful villa outside the city and this was better than we imagined. Thanks Ergin and Mehmet for a great time

Ümraniye was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of central Istanbul. This homestay was modern, peaceful, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our big family. The location was great—close to Çamlıca Hill, where we enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of İstanbul. Our host was incredibly kind, even providing us with a welcome gift of simit and Turkish tea! They also helped us navigate the Marmaray metro, making it super easy to explore both the Asian and European sides of the city. If we ever return to İstanbul and need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, we will definitely choose this homestay again!

The apartment was just as described and shown in the pictures. It is worth for the price. Location is great, walking distance to main sights. Finding a parking spot is impossible, but the host was helpful to arrange it. The host was super responsive and nice.

I was very pleased with the house and the location. The house was spotless, I had access to everything I was looking for. Ece was very helpful, responsive and warm. I travel to the location of the house for work all the time, I will definitely book again.
