This is a cute, charming house that is close to downtown Brevard and hiking trails. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the stream at night. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at this mountain house was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the thoughtful touches that made our trip so enjoyable. While there were definitely guidelines for guests, the signs outlining what not to do were presented in such a charming and whimsical way that they added to the overall character of the home rather than feeling restrictive. It was clear the hosts have a great sense of humor! Beyond the stunning location, we were so impressed by how organized everything was. Every item seemed to have its designated place, making it incredibly easy to settle in and find what we needed. This level of organization truly enhanced our stay and allowed us to relax and focus on enjoying our vacation rather than searching for misplaced items. We loved the hot tub and made it a must before bed. Overall, this mountain house offered the perfect blend of natural beauty, thoughtful hospitality, and charming quirks. We would absolutely come back!!!

Words can’t begin to describe these incredible and amazing people. My husband and I were at Chimney Rock celebrating our honeymoon at Brett and Pam’s place when Hurricane Helene hit. Unprecedented isn’t the right word, but all I can think of. This cabin was literally our shelter from the storm and Pam and Brett were there for us every moment as they were going through their own devastation. The people of Chimney Rock are the most special community you will ever meet. We will do everything we can to support them and will be back as they begin to rebuild. We were just visitors as the whole town went through a catastrophic event, but feel forever connected to and invested in the town of Chimney Rock. Brett and Pam, thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, and for creating a sense of safety, community, and care. You are forever friends and will forever be a part of our lives.

Whether you're hiking the nearby trails, relaxing in the hot tub, or simply enjoying the quiet surroundings, this cabin provides the ultimate retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring everything was ready for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is a little small but plenty of great restaurants in Brevard right down the road. If you're searching for a place to unwind and reconnect with nature, this mountain cabin is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Adorable place for a quick weekend getaway. My husband and I are looking to move to the area and used Kaitlyn’s cabin as a home base, and it was perfect! Loved coming back to the hot tub after exploring the area and touring some vineyards all day! Would love to go back. Thank you!

I stayed at this house with some friends for a rock climbing trip, and it was the perfect location. Only a 6min drive from Rumbling Bald, this spot was very well located for our climbing desires. The view from the deck and hot tub were amazing.

Highly recommend, place was clean, remote. Table Rock mountain a short ride away . Travel rest has great restaurants, lots of local spots to visit. Looking to get away from the world of mayhem this is the place.

The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

The cabin was beautiful, just like the pictures! The landscape was so well kept. Everything we needed was there. I will rebook again soon.

The view from the deck was even better than pictures. The relaxing sound of the river was just what we needed. The deck on a warm day was the highlight of the trip. The bed was ohhhh so comfortable. There’s thoughtful things all around the cabin to aid in our fun and relaxation. Master bath super big and very nice to relax in. It’s obvious how much work and upgrades have been put into this private cabin. The grounds and hiking areas were enjoyed by my pups and I.

This cabin was a nice find. Location was very convenient to all the places we were headed and was easy to find with gps. Elisabeth was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely book again!

This is our 4th time staying at Wahoo...can't get enough of this place. We love the serenity of the location, to swim in the river across the street with our dogs, enjoy downtown Traveler's Rest and Greenville. Allison and Travis are excellent hosts.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Sunflower Cottage. The cottage overlooked large fields and the mountains. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and driving the 15-20 mins to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. We attended a wedding at Bearwallow Mountain and this location was very convenient to the wedding events. We brought our fur friend with us and she loved exploring the area. We felt right at home at Sunflower Cottage. We can't wait to return in the future!

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in! We absolutely loved all the big the windows to let all the natural light through, and the loft was a cozy area to end off the night. Can’t we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this farm. The cabin was clean, charming, and comfortable. The farm itself was absolutely charming… we loved feeding the cows and donkeys. My kids also loved playing with the adorable kittens. The hosts communicated promptly and effectively. The price was very reasonable for such a great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home to stay at while we were in Asheville. 20 min drive to downtown and all other activities we had planned. Home was extremely clean and homey. The next time we return to the area I would certainly look to see if this home is available again.

We loved how secluded this spot is, nicely tucked back in a peaceful holler, while still being just minutes from Saluda. The host is exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We were impressed by how quaint and cozy the atmosphere is, you can tell this is a family’s prized getaway and not just a cookie cutter rental. There must be a talented wood carver in the family, we enjoyed finding all of the wood carvings around the property. The patio by the babbling branch is also a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee.

We felt right at home from start to finish. The cabin was conveniently located to all of the activities we wanted to do. Our kids loved the hot tub! We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful little place. Easy to find, external electrical hook-up was a great plus and it 'lived large' for a compact space. Everything worked as expected; I had a delightful, carefree stay.
