Townhome vacation rentals in Cebu Metropolitan Area

We were fortunate to have booked Chona’s place for 3 weeks. Even before our trip, Chona was very accommodating and patient with all my queries. Their place is the perfect place to call “home away from home”. There was enough space for our family of five to not feel claustrophobic. She has a beautiful outdoor space, garden and a friendly dog named Covi that made us feel right at home. There is a sari-sari store across that sold water gallons which was very convenient. Aside from the bumpy road that leads to her place, which wasn’t so bad if you imagine it as a roller coaster ride, her place and the people around are warm and welcoming. For a family that has not traveled outside of Manila since March 2020, with qualms of being outside our comfort zone, Chona’s place was a cozy retreat and Chona and her family blessings.

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

For us, location wasn’t easy to locate but the host was very responsive and helpful. Big living room and lots of kitchen utensils that we can easily use. Great wifi we never had any issues. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay!

For the price that TaTa listed it, I felt that the house was worth way more. I loved the location, the flexible check in (upon request), and just the overall vibe of the house. It had aircon and WiFi which I both needed to survive working remotely. Lastly, TaTa was very helpful regarding my queries and even gave helpful information ahead of time. Will definitely recommend!

I had a comfortable stay. There was noise in the morning due to construction behind the building, but I spent less time at home It was fine!

The host's sister was responsive, kind, considerate and helpful. The place is nice and quiet for a short stay. The area is bigger than expected. We were really comfortable with our stay.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and while the accommodation was comfortable very pleasant, I encountered issues with the showers. The showerheads were blocked with mineral debris, and the water pressure was quite low on showers only, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the overall experience for future guests. Other than that the place were very clean thus a spacious place for my family during my wedding in cebu. Host is responsive and easy to deal with. The caretakers were responsive as well.Request were timely solved and given.The place has bathrooms in each rooms, its very convenient and cozy.Highly recommended for families or group of friends. For sure we will book here in our next visit in cebu!

Me and my friends had a great stay

This is a great place to stay if you'll be in Mactan area. Leila was very accommodating to our needs. They have free airport transfers (airport to house and house to airport) that helped us much since we have lots of stuff to transport. They can also suggest on where to go if you want to do tours and van that you can rent. The house was nice, clean and have utensils that you can use as well. The have a big TV were you can watch movies or favorite shows. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Cebu.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the townhouse was; it far exceeded all our expectations. They provided pretty much everything we needed and even supplied us with some goodies, from bananas to sliced bread and anything in between. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. There was strong wi-fi from any room in the home, and plenty of warm running water. Alice was also very responsive to my queries and requests and usually responds within 10 minutes. The location is very close to Ayala and IT Park. Even though the location could be hard to find, Grab didn’t really have a hard time locating us. The only negative that I could think of is the streets in the neighborhood - they weee not well maintained and there was a lot of potholes. Also, the main street after you drive out of the subdivision is not very appealing. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend it to a large family who’s looking for a home away from home!
