We had a great stay at Martin's place. The place was clean, and what you see is exactly what you get. The highlight was the rooftop pool—with amazing city views, we enjoyed taking lots of photos. Overall, my birthday celebration at Martin's place was truly memorable. Martin was very proactive in responding, from inquiry to booking. He provided clear instructions, and everything went smoothly. The internet connection was also good. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you so much!

If you're staying in Cebu for few days or even just for a night or a layover, this one is a good deal, especially that it has everything that you need, from kitchen equipment, TV with Netflix, hot and cold shower, pool, and good location (which is near IT park). Also, the condo is also neighbouring to restaurants and mall, special mention is the Pungko2 sa Fuente, which is walkable. Lastly, the hosts are very communicative and very generous to allow me to check out late.

My family and I spent four nights here. It was a great location, close to many restaurants and the mall. The unit was ideal for our family of four, the beds were comfortable, the filtered water was a real bonus. We enjoyed the swimming pool and it was great to relax in the living room in the evening. The bus terminal is just five minutes walk away and you can pick up the TOPS Bus shuttle service for a roundtrip of 200 php. I would be happy to stay here again.

8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

I had a great stay! The complimentary mineral water was a lifesaver. The internet connection was decent, which is great for remote work. The balcony view was incredible, especially ar dusk and night while enjoying the city lights. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

As always the place is tidy and clean. Aircon is working as well as the other facilities. The host is quick to respond to queries and Leah was quick to assist when the guest bedroom accidentally got locked. Great place to stay. Will definitely book again the next time we visit Cebu.

The perfect home away from the hustle and bustle of the city! My friends and I were traveling from Manila, and we needed a place to rest during our tour of Cebu! It's my first time there! Rhocela's place is really as seen in the photos! Very accurate. What blew me away was how spacious it was and quite well maintained. Everything was in top top top condition. We also loved the central location of the unit. Literally smack in the middle of the busy Cebu city. The condo staff were all really nice and friendly, and Miss Rowena was also the same. It's quite hard to fault the listing as I did not find anything to complain about. Aircon in the common room and the bedrooms are functioning well, the TV, cable, and Wifi are all great! There's even a free water dispenser provided. Overall, It literally felt like a premium hotel experience, minus the expensive hotel prices! Great stay, and if we come back to visit Cebu again, I will definitely book this place again. Thank you!

Boss G's place is the best value for money ratio that I'm been to. If I had a ranking of the Airbnbs that I've been to, this place would easily rank at the top 5 for it's value for money! The place is a complete home with silent neighborhood, perfect if you want a staycation away from the bustle of the city. The honesty store was the icing on top for us because it made us feel welcome and trusted! We'll surely come back and stay for longer next time!

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

This was our second time booking this Airbnb, and it was just as great as the first! The place is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. One of the things we love most is the location—it’s super convenient with Bo’s Coffee and Robinsons Supermarket just a short walk away. The host is always responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again!
