Monthly Rentals in Cebu Metropolitan Area

This cozy, well-secured unit offers stunning views from the balcony and rooftop in a developing area of Cebu. We very much enjoyed the provided amenities, easy access via Grab/Taxis and the convenience of nearby restaurants. While construction noise was minimal, some neighbor noise was noticeable. Internet speed was variable, suitable for casual use but may not be ideal for remote work. We appreciated the full kitchen, entertainment options (TV, Netflix, Disney+) and access to the pool and gym. Our host, Irish, was excellent. We highly recommend this Airbnb for future stays in Cebu. Hello, I stayed here for about a month. I know that Koreans live in this Segyeong apartment a lot, but here, the air conditioner and washing machine are all L rat, the hot water comes out, and there is even a chair on the veranda, so it's good to stay with dog honey, and I asked for a separate cleaning, but you were so kind. The host was also very kind to let me know, and I recommend it here before the electricity and water, but for those with children, there are almost all the kitchen utensils cups and spoons, and it was really comfortable, and the pool was right in front, so it was nice. I'm planning on going back to Trangchucheon again ~ ~ ~!! I understood why I lived in the accommodation for a few months. I even want to buy a recliner.

Peaceful and the attention to detail in Mel's houses are incredible. Comfy bed. Great cooking equipment. AC. I can't recommend this place enough if you want escape the concrete jungle of condos. Mel also can arrange bikes or scooters.
