Vacation rentals with a patio in Cebu City

The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Great place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket, and there’s beach access for only 375. The place is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus—I’ll definitely bring my fur baby next time! Would absolutely stay here again.

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

It was nice place to stay 🐱 if you are a lucky person, you may find cute cats in the lobby 😉

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room is so cozy and fits for group stay. It is highly recommended for those looking for peace and relaxation away from chaos. However, the swimming is always been crowded and has not enough space for they only have 1 pool divided into two. Indeed, overall experience is AMAZING! 😍 Thank you so much. 💙🩵🤍

My flight details changed last moment and Carmelo was very accomodating and responsive. When we arrived checking was clean and simple. The room is fresh clean and exactly as displayed in the photos. The hot water is good. The place has a nice little kitchen and the pool/gym are nice too. 5 stars all round. Great place to stay

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

exactly the same as the photos but a little small than expected. though small, it had everything you need for a short stay. our sleep was comfy because of the bed. within the vicinity, you have a pharmacy, coffee shop, massage and grocery. you have everything you need :)
