as an introvert , this place is for me. I went there to have clear my mind and it's very quiet . I love it.

Had a great stay!!! Lots have changed since last I came here so I was pretty surprised to see the billiards table gone, but they added a lot of new furniture to compensate. The ambiance, the lights, and the rooms were still just as amazing as last I came here some years ago though. The highest room in the main building’s aircon doesn’t work but thankfully we weren’t a lot of people anyway. They also allowed us to play music thru the night so I totally recommend this place!

The place is very accessible since the area is within the Cebu IT Park. The area is peaceful, relaxing and free from hassle since restaurants surrounds the area. The staff's are very friendly and accomodating. The price of room is justifiable-I requested for extra linen and pillow that cost for only 50 pesos (Great value). The room is super clean and has a very cold AC 🥶. However, rhe Wifi something fluctuates- sometimes there's no internet- I somehow used my mobile data. But overall, It was great experience- it added to our Cebu Experience

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The foods are delicious and the staffs are friendly. Miss Elmira answered all our inquiries and very informative. The beach can't be accessed but it's okay still because the pool is not crowded and all. Everything was perfect. Will definitely book again with this place and with miss Elmira! ❤️

We booked this place for Trilogy Run Asia and it's just a short walk from City di Mare. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and offers a nice view of CCLEX. Ate Mirasol, the caretaker, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi, but overall, it was a great stay.

Great host! The unit was nice although there seemed to be a construction going on from the balcony's view. Wasn't noisy though. I went to 7/11 around 10pm and there were guards in the area in a fair distance which made me feel safer since I went out alone. Overall, the staycation went great.

Allan’s place is basically a hotel room so it has the usual amenities like towels, toiletries, TV, safety deposit box, tub, hairdryer and a mini fridge but what makes it remarkable is the breathtaking view of the sea! There’s a little balcony where you can soak up the view and just relax. Will definitely book this another time to fully enjoy the rest of the hotel’s facilities like the gym and the pool. It’s at the tip of Punta Engaño so it’s pretty isolated from the commercial spots but we had a car so it was no problem going around. Allan responds quickly and is very warm and hospitable. A topnotch host I would highly recommend!

The hotel is very peaceful and private! They also provide shuttle service to get to the main city. All the staffs were very accommodating and respectful as well, and the host answered all my questions. Definitely recommended if you want a quiet and comfortable stay.

Place just look exactly like the place. We enjoyed our stay there. Accessible to grocery as well and transpo and there’s a nearby 7/11. Miss Diane was also very responsive. Feedback: Provide trash bags for the room and add few cookwares. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay! Value for money. ☺️ Will definitely book again!

The view from the room was great. Cebu might be the whole of Cebu but Grab is the impression that Grab is hard to pick up at night. The pool was also good.

It was an extraordinary experience for us. The place is superb plus the infinity pool is very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and very hands on to our requests. Well definitely visit again with friends.

ChaCha was a very responsive and hospitable host. From the moment we arrived in Mactan Int’l Airport, she personally picked us up with my family and a bunch of luggages and provided us with transportation to the condo unit we are staying for a week. The staff in the building was very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, peaceful, safe and is in a great location to food, groceries, entertainment and tourist spots in Cebu city. She also prepared our condo with ample supply of toiletries, bottled water and local snack delicacies. We had a little issue with plumbing, the toilet bowl flush didn’t work but she immediately sent her personal assistant and an engineer to fixed the problem ASAP. We also enjoyed the onsite pool and gym area, which was important to my kids. We really enjoyed our stay in ChaCha’s place and will definitely come back if we visit Cebu, Philippines again. Thank you ChaCha for making our stay worthwhile and memorable. 💕🥰

This place is perfect and the host is responsive

The place is very spacious.. It has beautiful view and good place to walk when you feel bored.. The pool is big and we can bring snacks while looking after for the kids. The place is very silent and clean. above all, I am very grateful to stay in Marius place. He is one of the kindest host I have ever chatted... what are u waiting for? u will not regret this place.. it is also very accessible to Mactan Newton.. Surely , recommend this place to my korean students.. God bless Sir Marius
