Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cebu City

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

A great quiet place to relax. You can use the shared pool on a hot day and organize a dinner on the roof. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay and self-catering. Wi-Fi is normal. Shops and restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. There were no problems communicating with the owner. It was a little difficult to find the address of the accommodation, so when you enter the address in Google, indicate Hermag Village and the security guard at the entrance will guide you. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome. If possible, I will definitely come back here again.

Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

I’m truly happy with my 9-night stay. Chuchu was incredibly accommodating, and the property is absolutely lovely. It genuinely feels like a home away from home.

It's my first time in Cebu and I had the best time staying at this unit. It was clean, and located in the best location in the city. would definitely stay here again for sure. Miss Gayle and Miss Marie was very responsive to my queries from checkin to check out. Everything was in order and they made sure to accommodate to my questions. I especially love the spacious living room and the aesthetic and homey ambiance. I surely had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much 🤍🤍

Location-wise, it’s the best since it’s just near 7/11, Ayala Bloc, and Waterfront hotel. Everything is walkable so no hassle even if past midnight you need something like food or emergency supplies. Host is responsive and sends you clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. No hassle at all! Worth the penny during my stay!

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.

OK. Marlyn was great, Friendly and responsive. Met us on arrival at unit. The unit and area and everything was just like the photos. The only downside was the Pool was pay as you use. 200/adult 100/child per day. Close to SM Seaside, Ocean Park Cebu and most things. Just a 10 min taxi from Cebu South bus terminal to unit. Just tell the Security you are staying at un it 2024, your car space is 36, north end of units, elevator to floor2. Would definitely stay again. Air Conditioners were great, 1 in each room. Water filters and boiling water on demand for Coffee. Could have been some floor mats in Shower area as it is tiled.

It was a beautiful days spent in the room. The location is beautiful and close to everything you need. The owner is very cooperative. I thank him very much for his good cooperation and treatment.

My best recommendation is that I keep coming back. No need to look anywhere else this place has a very western type relaxed vibe everything works properly and is high spect. No noise at night and no ants im not sure what type of Norwegian magic goes on here.

One of the best airbnbs located in the city of Cebu. Cozy and comfortable, you have the whole second floor to yourself. And you are directly located on top of the best italian restaurant in the island. It's one of the most worth the price locations you could get 1 of the best areas to be around easy access to other places in the city. With a very authentic m stuff who also work in the restaurant that they're very helpfu. Being the only airbnb in that location. You do not have any neighbors so privacy is there and would consider it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at a great price either by yourself or with your partner, Will definitely be staying here the next time I am back in Cebu.

Great studio style place to stay. the air con works excellent, kitchen for cooking, convenient location. only downside is parking is at a cost and not always spaces available during our stay.

This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I truly enjoyed my time in Cebu, and the accommodation was a highlight of my stay. The friendly atmosphere, stunning scenery, and proximity to SM Seaside and the beach made it even better. Jude was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We were able to check in earlier than the usual time and check out an hour later without any issues. The furniture in our condo was excellent, and we felt right at home.

Stayed for about a week at Amy's place and had a great experience. Our host, Pearlie, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The location was phenomenal as it was right at the heart of Cebu. The ground floor had many shopping options, and other services to help make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again!

Everything was perfect

The condo and location was very good. Roofop on the 24th floor was awsome. The pool on the 17th floor was great as well.. Neither of these location were never crowed. mos of zhe time I had them all to myself and I stayed there 35 nights. Condo was clean and everything was in working condition. Christie was a grea host as well. I highly recommend this property.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

e chose this accommodation for our company workshop. The facilities matched the photos and were neatly organized. There were enough cooking tools available, which was very convenient. The staff were also friendly.
