The place is amazing and complete with all the essentials like the kitchen condiments😊 The location is also near to the market which is very convenient for us. The place is very safe and quiet. The host is also very responsive😊

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

Ik ben een maand gebleven om te werken en in het weekend Cebu en omstreken te ontdekken. De plek is ideaal omdat je kan genieten van het zwembad, de rustiggevende tuin en het dakterras waar je kan zonnen of rustig ontbijten. In de omgeving is een winkelcentrum waar je kan eten, drinken en boodschappen doen. Uiteraard zijn er overal straatverkopers waar je lokaal eten en fruit kan halen. De supermarkt is handig voor producten zoals water, zonnebrand etc. De locatie zelf is wat ver van het ceuntrum van Cebu, maar binnen 30 minuten ben je in de stad (met Grab heb je zo taxi en eten besteld, voor je eigen deur). Het internet was goed genoeg om meetings te hebben en er was een bureautje waar ik kon zitten en werken. Pierre en Nelia waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaven tips over wat er te doen was. Haar famlieleden waren ook zeer behulpzaam en als ik iets nodig had stonden ze voor mij klaar. Ik kijk met veel plezier terug naar het verblijf en zou zo volgend jaar weer boeken.

Marj's place is very peaceful. It's walking distance from groceries and shops. Photos matches the place. Place has clean sheets too. Marj is very accommodating. My family had a great time.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

Sir Steven is very nice, accommodating, and responsible. The house is also very nice and perfectly fits my family of five, including one child. The internet is fast, with Netflix available both in the living room and the main bedroom. Free parking is provided as well. I am very happy with the service, especially with the host’s very hospitable attitude. This place and the host is highly recommended — it’s the best Airbnb in Liloan, Cebu. Superb!

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
