We had a lovely stay at Sebastien and Audrey's, we were visiting Narbonne for the weekend. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment: Les Halles and the city center are in the immediate vicinity and the Grands Buffets are less than a quarter of an hour walk or 5 minutes by car. Communication with Audrey is easy and the apartment is very well-equipped.

Great apartment in an outstanding location . Immediately adjacent to a most beautiful park . Very peaceful yet within easy reach of absolutely everything. The host Roland is excellent : flexible re check in and departure and very kindly collected me from the airport and also returned me there . Tellement super : 5 🌟

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Small as expected, but had everything you might want. Great location with free parking nearby. Short walk to great bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Thank you Huan for your great communication and a great place to stop over in Beziers.

Sonya's apartment is of those rare listings that is not only a great vacation rental but also one that feels just like home! All the details and comforts of a modern home were available to use. The location couldn't be better too, in the city center and overlooking a charming, lively square with several restaurants and services, that hosted frequent markets and events but was nonetheless quiet in the later hours of the evening. The hosts were always quickly to respond our messages and made sure to provide any assistance we required. Recommended!

No false notes during our weekend in this beautiful house in the heart of the old village of Gruissan. Everything is exactly as advertised and photos. We won't hesitate to come back.

The property is very beautiful and pleasant. The house is new, clean, beautiful, tidy, comfortable and very well equipped. The beds, pillows, sheets and duvets are very comfortable. The animals are gentle and the children loved playing with them. The trails are beautiful and easy to do with the kids. The lake has fish and we were able to fish, which became another family activity. The hosts are very kind, helpful and pleasant. A place to come back to for sure.

Very clean house, well-equipped, with quality equipment. Special mention for the well-stocked library and the many board games, not to mention the pool and trampoline that delighted the children — it was just in time, screens were forbidden this weekend! My son even discovered a new passion for the synth... The only downside is that I'll have to buy him one now 😉 I couldn't explore the surroundings because I was there for a soccer tournament with one of my children, but those who stayed at home fully enjoyed the setting. Quiet neighborhood, very welcoming and responsive host. I would recommend it in a second.

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were provided with everything that we needed. If we have to visit there again, we will definitely select the same place. Aurelie and her husband are excellent hosts.

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We had a perfect stay! No complaints. The accommodation is clean, cozy, well-equipped, the jacuzzi and the kitchenette on the roof terrace is really great, it's a real little slice of paradise. Julie is a very friendly and receptive host. I would 100% recommend this place!

The place is really great. It is very well located. The residence is very beautiful, very quiet. We enjoyed the tennis and the pool. The bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed amenities such as the hair dryer or iron available. The free coffee is a real plus as well as the presence of salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Great stay, a more than equipped apartment (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, etc.). The explanations were super clear for accessing the accommodation.

This is our second stay at Gilles'. As with the first, we had a great time. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, very well decorated, extremely well-equipped, in front of the sea and next to many restaurants and shops. It's all about walking. The private parking space is very nice. Gilles is a very accommodating and very kind host. I would this property.

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!
