Monthly Rentals in Cay Bay Hill

Sugarbird Nest was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. During our 2 week holiday Ariana was always available to offer suggestions on places to visit on the island, and restaurants to eat. We really enjoyed walking into Philipsburg and watching the cruise ships come and go. Our view of Great Bay and Divi Little Bay was wonderful. Fiona and Bobby were great animals “hosts” as well. The pictures shown are exactly like it is, and the space was bigger than we expected. There were so many great amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

My husband and I always rented a villa when we vacation. This was our first airbnb (specular view) And gracious host. they chartered to our every need. When we got misdirected driving around the island, we could always call or text them and they would respond right away. Jessie place is a peaceful serene place to stay. They made our stay enjoyable , safe and relaxing. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. We just want to extend our gratitude and say thank you, thank you, thank you. Mr.&Mrs. Steptoe

Great space. Great communication with host. Definitely rent a car if you stay here, as it’s about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant/beach (except for the Indigo Bay beach restaurant, which was nice). Excellent time overall!
