The apartment is very cozy and spacious, it was very warm and the air conditioners working well and they accounted for. The place where the apartment is located is very beautiful for sure we will indicate and we will return.

Surely the best AIRBNB I've ever looted. Extremely organized, clean, and the hostels were very gentle providing items such as soap, coffee. I really liked that the space offered a garage. At the check in were super flexible and receptive. I loved it and recommend it a lot. If you ever get back to Caxias, I'll be locating again!

The building is new, the apartment is beautiful and super comfortable. Equipped with TVs, air conditioning and anything you need! It even has a washer and dryer. The beside tower is under construction and should be finalized shortly. On the first day, we thought the noise would bother us, but it was very quiet. Luciano is super polite and responds quickly! The only thing though is the location. The building is not so close to downtown Canela and Gramado, you can't walk on foot. If you're in a car or are going to use Uber, you won't spend a lot and can easily come and go. It depends on the type of trip you want to take. In short, the accommodation is perfect, but it is not so close to the tourist center.

The ap is well equipped, it has everything we need. The view from the balcony gives to a beautiful green area. I felt quite safe and comfortable. The hosts are very polite and kind. The neighborhood is very pleasant to walk day and night.

We had very pleasant days at the house. Well furnished, in a super quiet gated community, close to attractions and well located. There was a water shortage problem in the city, but they were super helpful throughout the process and helped solve the problem in the best possible way. The only thing is that it is in a region with a lot of vegetation around and a small stream passes next to the house. So there are a lot of mosquitoes, insects and spiders. But I recommend the stay.

For those seeking intimacy and privacy, the place is fantastic. Wonderful look and an extremely soothing green environment. It has all the necessary structure if you want to stay for days without seeing civilization! Please note that shops, restaurants and commerce are about 6 km away, in the city, and that 4 km of this is a dirt road.

It was 5 months' stay and I have no words to thank for the receptivity. Super organized, clean and equipped apartment. He's exactly like in the pictures. And Dona Clari is the icing on the cake. She takes care of Airbnb, she's super attentive, a love of person. I felt like home and for sure if I need I will return to the ap.
