Great property, great location, no need for a car to get around in the neighborhood and downtown. Extremely accessible and trustworthy host, very proactive to address all questions. The period of use of the property was long and this also allowed us to get to know the region and all the access facilities that the property provided. Allied to this, the property is very well cared for, modern and cozy.

The loft is the same as in the photos. The location is great, one block from Shopping Iguatemi, with a market on the corner, a nearby bakery and pharmacy. Check-in and check-out are super easy. The hostess Lísia was super kind and helpful, as well as flexible with check-in and check-out times. We were also greeted with treats. The parking space is double, accommodating two small cars, depending on the model. I recommend the loft!

I loved the stay in the loft! I already knew the area and it was very quiet. The apê is super organized, well equipped, super clean and easy to access. Rafael was super helpful and attentive the times I needed something. Too much Indico and I'll come back again!

My stay at Jackson's place was very good. The condominium is very familiar, the porters very kind and helpful. There is a bakery on the same street as the building, just a few meters on foot, where it is possible to have breakfast (it is very simple, but it has good options). The apartment is also well lit, which I consider a very positive point.

Second time staying at Alexia's property, and once again I had a great experience. Alexia is a sweetheart, and the property impeccable. Indicate with eyes closed.

We love spending the night in Gustavo's apartment. Everything was according to the description and we received all instructions for the check-in and help to locate the building. The place is very cozy.
