Dona Ilse won our hearts. We were made to feel welcome and welcomed. She was like a mother to us on the days we stayed. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is warm, the bedroom is dark and there is even a fireplace in the house, which is something we love. The whole house is an adventure - practically in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, but with impeccable structure: pool, game room, two barbecues, wood oven, fire pit. We passed the Carnival and enjoyed every minute!

Our stay was wonderful! Very good house, large, perfectly accommodated our group of 11 people, super comfortable beds, towels, linens and blankets, the house delivers everything as described. We missed a large table in the front area to mainly have breakfast looking at the landscape, which is very beautiful, and listening to the sound of the stream and geese that are further ahead. The only thing that needs to improve so that you can say that "everything was perfect" are the showers that have a low water flow.

Hostess Carine is always very solicitous, friendly and responded to everything quickly and promptly. Her beautiful, quiet, very well-kept house, with every detail well thought out, whether it's the cleanliness of the organization, or the attention and affection she really has for her guests. We love the place, excellent for enjoying and relaxing.

Spectacular house, cleanliness, comfort and service and Mr. Jacob's friendliness is surreal. I was in 5 people and 3 4-legged puppies. The space and safety for my three yorks was what attracted me. Returning to Canela, I won't even search for another location. I will certainly return to Mr. Jacob's house.

Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.

The stay was very good, the apartment is large and very well equipped, air-conditioned, clean. Communication was great, there were no problems during our stay. We love it. I recommend it!

Apartment with great space and everything is brand new! Air-conditioning in all rooms, which was great, although the one in the living room was not heating. The TVs only work with apps — which was not a problem — but the one in the smaller room had an unstable internet signal for two days, which affected its use. The bathroom faucet in that same room was also a little difficult to regulate the water temperature, both for hot and cold. I informed the person responsible for the inspection on the last day of the stay. I emphasize that this is not a criticism, just information that I believe has not yet been reported by other guests. In addition, it is well worth it! Everything is super new, well maintained and we all loved the stay.

What really caught my attention was the cleanliness! I'm very picky about that! And you can see that everything is prepared with care to welcome you: towels, bed linens... everything is of great quality and clean! In addition to the space being extremely cozy, close “but far” from the mess and noise of the center !! It's worth checking out

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center of Canela and with easy access to Gramado, as well as being a quiet place and having surroundings with an unparalleled nature, great for hiking. Still, the apartment is large and well equipped, we spent great days there.
