The apartment is quiet, airy, all new and very well assembled. Bed linen was clean, smelling, and the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. The gatekeepers of the building also deserve to be highlighted: super gentle, polite and always ready to help. I was very welcome throughout the stay. I definitely recommend!

The stay was excellent, the apartment is great, complete for the comfort of guests, Super clean, including bed linen and towels, Mr. Tião, the doorman, was very helpful, as well as Luiz who promptly responded to all messages, The wifi is of very good quality and not to mention the location near the Parque das Águas, restaurants, pharmacy, market I definitely recommend it a lot and I'll be back more often, yes

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful view. Very ventilated and quiet, impeccable cleanliness. Close to everything we need and especially the water park and the Church of Our Lady of Remedies. The service on site was wonderful, Aline and Juarez were very attentive. And the host was also super attentive, responding quickly to messages. We'll be back for sure.

I really enjoyed staying at João's apartment, who was very attentive during our stay at his home. The house was clean, organized and with everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Basic items, cleaning supplies available. There were even mats in the bathroom and bedroom, which I don't usually find in other places I stay. The location is excellent, with everything close by, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc. The building staff are very polite and attentive. I'll be back and will recommend it to friends.

Great stay! Excellent location. There was no need to use a car as all the shops and the park itself are close. The apartment is very nice!! Whenever I come to São Lourenço I won't stay anywhere else.... EXCELLENT.

Our experience was amazing! The house is wonderful, with stunning views and spacious rooms that ensure comfort for everyone. The beds are extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean. Lucimar was extremely helpful and attentive, assisting us with everything we needed, which made our stay even more special. Everything was perfect, it exceeded our expectations, and we loved it!
