The cleanliness of the House was impeccable! complete kitchen, the house has clean towels and bed games, wi-fi and Net Flix. A beautiful view! There is no good shops but it is about 8 minutes by car from the center so we had no difficulties. It is near the college: which was our interest at the time. Helena and her husband were very nice and attentive!

The Host is always mentioned and I will not escape the rule. Denise was wonderful. Always interested in meeting our needs. The place is magical for those looking for tranquility. The village council wanted to also record the kindness and promptness of the farm team. They make no effort to make their stay an unforgettable event. They are the soul of that place. They are part of the "package". That farm without them would be just a piece of land. They invite us to participate in the activities, such as taking milk from the cows or going to the coffee farm. We see you soon as visitors or as neighbors. We like the place so much that we are looking for something to buy in the area. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful days they gave us on our daughter's birthday. I thought the accommodation was great and special to Maria who is so friendly and polite. There is a place to stop the car, very quiet street and the city is beautiful. For those who do not have a car, they will need to walk a lot to the center, as the street is on a hill, with residential houses and very quiet to get there. But it's worth too much for people who have a car or don't bother to pick up Uber, as it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Inclusive São Lourenço is a charming city with a lot of commerce and urban and rural areas to explore. It has great infrastructure, with security, fair prices of services and options for tours for everyone. I and my wife will return for sure and nominate Maria for everyone.

The accommodation was great, the house was extremely clean, it is very close to the city center, we were able to take our pet along, and perfectly served 5 people. It was all organized and very comfortable, Wander was very helpful whenever we need it. We will stay there again when we return to São Lourenço. Great cost benefit.

Beautiful, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Close to the center, but the walk has hills. The accommodations were impeccable in cleanliness and organization. The leisure area is great, although we did not use the barbecue and oven. We woke up to balloons flying over the neighborhood, a playful and surprising spectacle, in addition to toucans and other birds. They were very happy days.

Our stay was so good we wanted to stay so much longer! The house is even better than in the photos, complete, nothing is missing, besides very clean, organized and well divided! The location is great, very close to the sights by car, but you can walk to the center as well. the host was super kind, gave several tips and was always ready to respond and help! We love it and we already have the right home to come back!

Local is really great, although not being in the center of the city is not far away, it is a quieter part of the city without much movement. Alessandro was very helpful and gave several recommendations on what to do in the city. The house is also great and has everything you might need.

Very nice and spacious apartment, met our needs. There were games available, in addition to bed and bath items, which was very practical for us. We really like everything!

We had a great stay at the place. New property, with modern and tasteful finish, in addition to being well equipped. Situated in a region of beautiful landscapes. Because it is surrounded by nature, there are many insects that can enter the house. However, it did not hinder the great moments that the house provided. Well-decorated, new apartment, has everything we need: bed linens, towels, appliances, everything clean, smelling good and impeccable. The view is beautiful, the location is excellent, you don't need to take the car out of the parking lot, you can do almost everything on foot!

Fresh house and, in the cold of the night, with a delicious fireplace atmosphere! The hostess is kind, careful to the smallest details, and really prepares the environment to make us feel at home. My husband and I loved it! We wanted to live there. Everything is very clean, very cozy, it has everything there, oven, stove, microwave, the minibar is very icy and very fast, it had utensils such as a plate, cutlery, bowl, glass, cups... hairdryer, iron, a mini ironing board... the mattress is very comfortable, the living room sofa too... there is air conditioning in the whole house... a beautiful balcony... the TV had all the streamings... wonderful internet... Spacious bathroom with shower... the location is wonderful... very good garage... super nice employees... it has a wonderful sauna, swimming pool...gym... anyway! We can't wait to come back!!!!

Excellent choice in São Lourenço. The whole house is very clean and functional. We were 6 adults and 4 children, we were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is as in the photos, super comfortable and clean, close to everything and you can put the car in the garage and explore the region.

local area was super clean, there was a wood-burning stove that we even made a pizza, and a very nice free area to stay! super friendly Sara sent me firewood when I needed for the stove! we love the local! super indico! 😉

It was better than I expected, Mrs. Maura very helpful, provided everything I needed and was flexible with the schedule. The place is great, with good location and private.
