Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay with a beautiful circular walk from the house to Bolberry Down and Hope Cove.

We had a lovely long weekend at riverside house it was everything we were hoping for. We were looked after very well with some really nice touches like dog treats, bread and even a cake. There isn’t anything negative to say about the house the only thing I could mention is the hill going up to the house shouldn’t be underestimated if you find walking a little difficult, or your driving isn’t the best. However we as a group managed fine so don’t let this put you off. Thank you all for making my wife’s 60th birthday a fab one we will be back.

Wendy’s house is a delight, overlooking the sea at Hope Cove. We went in off season, but local pub was open. The accommodation is exactly as described, warm, comfortable and in a great location- the local roads are a bit narrow though!! Easy drive to Salcombe. I would imagine it gets very busy here in the summer as it is such a lovely area.

The house was gorgeous, I felt like I was right at home! Super comfy furniture and had everything I could’ve needed, 100% would stay again. Thank you Annie for being such a wonderful host

We had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent for exploring some beautiful nearby beaches and towns. The accommodation was perfect for two of us and our dog - it’s very spacious, well equipped, clean and warm. The hosts communication was great throughout and they make staying here easy. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely weekend with family here, spacious bedrooms and great living space, the kids loved the little garden and the dining area. Everywhere was spotless and had everything we needed. This was the perfect location for us as we had family to visit, but there are lots of lovely places close by. Swimming, disco for the kids and of course the Barbican for a day out. We loved that this house was in a quiet little cul de sac, with plenty of games for the kids and Netflix etc. We will definitely visit again. Couldn’t recommend enough ☺️ Thankyou!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kevin and Tina's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Kevin and Tina were incredibly welcoming and attentive. .The little touches, like the welcome wine, haribos and the easter chocolates made our stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, clean facilities and comfortable bedding. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Kevin and Tina, for an unforgettable experience!

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

Out of all of the places we have stayed, this was definitely the most well equipped. There was everything we needed. the facilities and grounds are fantastic. We have a child with autism and a profound learning disability and it was absolutely perfect for us. The outdoor space was great and the swimming facilities are excellent. It is fantastic value for money and great for groups or large family gatherings due to all of the available accommodation. We will definitely be back 😊.

We had a great week staying at Gate House West. Our 2 year old grandson loved it. The indoor pool was the stand out success....simple booking system and everyone stuck to their time slot. Loads of wild life around the estate .... absolutely beautiful.

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Simply can not recommend this place enough! The area is fantastic and having the opportunity to relax in a hot tub under the stars is something everyone should experience at some point. The property is in a lovey village with everything in reach. The local food and bar scene are equally amazing with Plymouth not too far away. A lot of culture to fit in, I wish we’d stayed longer. Holls went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. And we will definitely be returning! 10/10.

Very cosy secluded shepherds hut with a stunning view over the valley. The hot tub takes a few hours to warm up which is to be expected, but once warm it's absolutely perfect to relax in for the evening. While small, the shepards hut has everything you need for a quiet weekend away and the bed is warm and comfortable. Local towns are a twenty minute drive away so close enough to find somewhere for food or supplies, but you're in the sticks enough that we didn't see anyone other than the farmer on the other side of the valley.

Idealic location with plymbridge woods right out the back door. When issues arose in the property (standard issues in a 3 month stay) the host responded instantly and had professionals out to fix the issue within hours. The host even replaced a tv the same day when I said the colour was off. The property had everything I needed (which was the cheapest two bed property in the area at the time) and 3 months flew by at the property. Sad to see it go

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet get away. It’s quiet, cosy and Jason was extremely helpful. All shops and nearing villages are just a couple of minutes drive away. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was big, living room and kitchen were well equipped for all your needs. A wonderful find. Thank you Jason!

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

A really lovely place on the outskirts of Plymouth. Within easy reach of the town centre by bus (across the road) and had everything I needed during my stay. The place was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Judy and Geoff’s place if you’re thinking of staying in Plymouth or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby fort. Fabulous location. Very clean. Clear instructions- Stacey was very responsive. Lovely clean cabin with the most amazing views. Highly recommended
