Self contained accommodation for the sole use of 2 adults: includes bedroom, sitting room with smart TV & superfast WIFI & bathroom with bath/shower. Situated approx 2 miles from York city centre. On Park and ride bus route 2 minutes walk with frequent busses. This accommodation is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the historic city of York , those on business trips or visiting York's universities. Local facilities include, convenience store, cafe and pub all within easy walking distance.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Its handy for trips to historic York (9 miles) Selby (4 miles) Leeds (23miles.) The Yorkshire Dales and East Coast a bit further away but are easy to access by car. There is a bus from the village to York every two hours with the last bus departing York at 11pm. There are excellent rail services from Selby and York.
