Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is large with a garden located in the village of Cavi, 100 meters from the very beautiful and quiet beach. Excellent restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine, fish and pizza are 50 meters from the house. Great village on the coast attached to Sestri Levante to stop and get to know in peace and the possibility to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre 20 minutes away by means of transport.

Paola's apartment is well cared for in detail and functional, the terrace is the icing on the cake. She is a very attentive host: she provides you with many items that show how much she cares about making her guests feel comfortable: from a parasol to a beach umbrella, to a mat for doing exercises! He also allowed me to postpone check-out to facilitate my departure from the lovely town of Lavagna. I highly recommend trying this solution!

An elegant and cosy appartament, in just a 3- minute walk from the beach. The surroundings aren't particularly interesting or picturesque if you are soneone who loves taking walks, but it's a truly wonderful location if you plan to move around by car and visit the neighbouring towns.

Alberto is an impeccable host, attentive, kind and always available when needed. Before our arrival, we received video instructions on how to access the house, super clear and appreciated. The area is very quiet, it is located on a slope from which you can see the sea! Upon our arrival, he explained what we could find in the area, the beach, the walks and the restaurants (we followed his advice and had a great time). The house is very tidy, new and very clean, we didn't miss anything! Alberto provides private parking near the center of Sestri Levante (a 10-minute walk from the beach and train station), which is no small thing considering that parking lots are all paid and in any case not always available.

The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. A few minutes' walk away is the village of Cavi, where you can find all the useful services. In addition, the presence of the bus stop nearby makes it easy to get around the coast and visit the main attractions without having to use the car. A really nice stay!
