House vacation rentals in Cavernago

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very spacious balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so that passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but that does not bother you inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

First of all: you can't find a better host than Roberto on Airbnb. Very helpful, always available, gives an excellent explanation about the ins and outs of the house and is excellent in his hospitality. He met us at the bottom of the mountain to escort us to the house. There was an extensive range of breakfast items, cookies, etc. We were allowed to use herbs and fruits from the garden. Moreover, he surprised us on one evening with delicious pizza. The house and the garden are really perfect. Authentic, romantic, well-equipped and very stylish in design. Several terraces and a romantically lit garden in the evening. And a magnificent view! It is a challenge to get to the house. Steep narrow mountain road. But when you have arrived 'very' you will have a great surprise. In summary: we enjoyed it and we already miss Roberto's place!

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

Great and centrally located apartment for family or group. Great view from the rooftop terrace and super clean. The low ceiling height in the 3rd bedroom and access to the terrace only in a stooped position is unfortunately not mentioned. Not even a salt shaker in the kitchen... But you can live with that. Supermarket around the corner. Great value for the money!! We would love to vacation there again at any time.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Everything about this place is perfect. Just be warned if you are wanting to be right near a city it is about a 1.5 mile walk. But that also means you are closer to little beach areas which were awesome!
