we are delighted to arrive to well kept, clean and tidy property with beautiful interiors. All of the rooms are attached with clean bathrooms and a great big terrace to enjoy the views. the vast open space adjoining the property adds to the charm of this property. i highly recommend this place.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Goa! 🌟 I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Goa! Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. I genuinely have no complaints at all – just a big THANK YOU to the host for making our short stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Ayushi’s place was really nice. Very clean and spacious. Ayushi was super helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange things we had trouble with without an Indian phone number such as taxis. Pool was great and very clean, WiFi was great. I worked from the flat during my stay with no problems.

Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

We had stayed in apartment UG-3 of owner Cheryl ma'am. It was a very clean, hygeinic and an amazing place. It was a very tranquilizing and is the best destination for those who want to have a break from their everyday stress and want to step back and chill out. Anyone looking for a place in Varca near Zalor and Cavelossim beach, a highly recommended and an immensely sensational place....It is definitely worth a visit. Will visit again!!!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
